Officers from Tijuana PD and Federal Police gather on Mexican side of the US-Mexico border after arresting a 17 yo juvenile who fled back into Mexico after the US Border Patrols murderous attempt to stop three vans of human smugglers

Three Mexican men were arrested on federal human-trafficking charges on Wednesday, and 75 Mexicans were detained as illegal immigrants, after three vans in which they were riding tried to run through the border station at San Diego on Tuesday afternoon, federal immigration and San Diego police officials said.

CBP officers FIRED ACROSS NINE LANES OF TRAFFIC in an attempt to stop the vans at one of the United States busiest land crossing borders that sees and average of 40,000 vehicles a day

Two of the people in the van were injured, one critically and one with non life threatening injuries and were taken to area hospitals.

SF Examiner – Agents felt trapped when firing guns on vans at busy San Diego border crossing

The excuses and justification is already in the works, just as with Ramos and Compean who “thought” the suspect had a gun, and BP Agent Nicholas Corbett who murdered a young man on his knees surrendering, because “he feared for his life”, tghe actors in this shooting are already seeking justification for firing ACROSS NINE LANES OF TRAFFIC?

An investigator says federal agents felt trapped when they fired guns at a van packed with suspected illegal immigrants at the nation’s busiest border crossing.

San Diego police Lt. Kevin Rooney said Wednesday that the agents were on foot and didn’t have an area where they felt they could flee as two vans sped straight at them.

So which was it? Vans coming straight at them, or did they fire across multiple lanes of traffic as was initially reported in the San Diego media?

If they did put the public at risk, they need to be indicted. If the vans were “coming at them”, they couldn’t move out of the way?

A buncha fucking cowboys we have in the BP.
