Alipac’s William Gheen caught violating copyright with his “assault” video

For his latest hissy fit and attacks against Mr Wayne Eckert of Channel 1 Images Inc., William Gheen more assuredly deserves display of his personal medallion once again
Like a jackass braying at the moon, Willy has his willy in another knot, this time accused by the videographer of his coveted Fort Lauderdale “assault” video, of copyright infringement.
That right folks, the suspect video Willy has been pushing around the internet and which we featured in this post has been pulled from YOUTUBE for copyright violations.
Perhaps Willy should learn something about copyrights. A copyright, to the creator, is established the moment, the photo, video, or any other type of printed or electronically published material is created. Simply giving permission for someone to use your work does not transfer the copyright to the user.
But Gheen is all up in arms, threatening to sue Wayne Eckert of Channel 1 Images, Inc who shot the video.
Gheen claims that Eckert notified him of their video via a message on Facebook this past Sunday Nov. 15. Gheen allegedly asked them to call and promptly received a call from Channel 1 Images from a man who identified himself as Wayne Eckert.
Gheen allegedly interviewed Eckert about the incident and a copy of the video was allegedly offered . Allegedly Mr Eckert uploaded the copy to Gheen’s YOUTUBE account after being given the password by Willy ( A really stupid move).
Where does the copyright infringement come into play, as alleged by Mr Eckert? Generally, when a copyright holder gives permission for someone to use his work, it is for an unaltered version of that work.
The one Willy was so proud of had been altered, and probably not by Mr. Eckert. A banner in the upper right hand corner, proclaimed ALIPAC.us as the owner, which they were not. And comment balloons appeared throughout the video, promoting ALIPAC’s opinion of the action. Another no no!
So that brings us to the here and now, where once again, Whining Willy, is threatening to sue somebody.
In Willies own words:
I received an email from Wayne Eckert telling me we were infringing on they copyright for the video.
I told him we would have to debate that in court because he had given us permission to use and release the video and had even uploaded it to our account and released it through us with his own hand! Wayne Eckert never informed us that the video was copyrighted and no copyright was mentioned before we received his email notice tonight a few minutes before Youtube pulled the video down.
D’uh Willy? Are you really that stupid? Even with more than 10,000 copyright violations on your website, you think because someone gives you permission to use their work, you own it? And you don’t have to give credit to it’s creator? That you can take full credit for yourself? Perhaps Mr. Eckert should consider suing you, for copyright violations and defamation, considering the number of times you used his name and company in your whine-o-gram.
But Willy goes on to beat on his chest and make claims that are as silly as they are untruthful.
In doing so, he has disrupted a lot of work and made a lot of illegal alien supporters very happy. That video was causing great political damage to the pro amnesty lobby due to ALIPAC’s extensive network of contacts built up over the last five years which gives us the ability to bring so much attention to a video. ……….
It is terribly unfortunate that Wayne Eckert of Channel 1 Images has chosen to take actions that will greatly harm the efforts of those of us fighting to prevent violence against Americans who are exercising their rights as was seen in this video. ……….
Our ability to warn the nation and entire Tea Party movement about potential threats to the physical well being of their participants and to seek political changes to protect the rights of Americans who are being threatened by radical leftists has been terribly damaged tonight by the unfair and duplicitous actions of Wayne Eckert of Channel 1 Images…… (WILLY SHOULD BE WARNING THE HISPANIC COMMUNITY TO GUARD THEIR OWN PHYSICAL WELL BEING AFTER THE RASH OF ASSAULTS AND MURDERS OF LATINOS BY THOSE WHO BELIEVE HIS UNBELIEVABLE LIES AND ACCUSATIONS)
Willies gonna sue
We’ve heard this one before. Willy threatens to sue every time he get his wittle feeling hurt, or someone says something truthful about him that he doesn’t like, and this time is no different.
Willy made this preposterous statement:
We intend to pursue legal action against Wayne Eckert and Channel 1 Images next week, to recover our losses and damages resulting from their actions uploading the video to our account and then filing complaint with YouTube to pull it down after we invested so much time, energy, and funds into telling people to watch the video.
Losses? Damages? What losses and damages? We all know that Willy boy is falling flat on his face with his latest beg-a-thon. $9000.00 short of his goal? Is it possible Willy might have to get a real job for a change? One can only hope. But then again, he is going to sue Mr Eckert. Guess he’s been talking to Jeff “Bikini Boy” Schwilk of the San Diego Minutemen, who recently one a hundred large against the state of California.
For someone who unjustly criticizes other of not “following the rules”, it seems Willy doesn’t follow rules himself…
But.. but he’s the almighty ALIPAC leader. You mean the rules apply to him too?!?!?? lol! =D
Little Willie makes much noise signifying nothing. Apologies to Willie Shakes for the quote.
