A U.S. Border Patrol agent shot a Mexican teenage boy to death apparently during a confrontation Monday evening, near the area known as "Puente Negro", near Paso del Norte international bridge, a spot where people and smugglers gather to cross illegally to the U.S. Chihuahua authorities said they demand a deep investigation regarding this incident. Mexican authorities say a U.S. Border Patrol agent shot and killed a 15-year-old boy after a confrontation at an international bridge near downtown El Paso.
Chihuahua State officials released a statement Tuesday demanding a full investigation into the death of Sergio Adrian Hernandez Huereca.
U.S. Customs and Border Protection spokesman Doug Mosier says preliminary reports indicate one person was shot Monday evening on the U.S. side of the Paso Del Norte bridge, across from Ciudad Juarez, Mexico.
Less than two weeks ago, 32-year-old Mexican migrant Anastacio Hernandez died after a Customs and Border Protection officer shocked him with a stun gun at the San Ysidro border crossing that separates San Diego and Tijuana, Mexico. That death has been ruled a homicide.
This fucking moron Border Patrol Agent, wannabe Jose Compean, wasn’t content to shoot once, instead choosing to empty his weapon at a group trying to cross the concrete riverbed.

The agent shot at a group of Mexican nationals who had illegally crossed into the U.S. about 6:30 p.m. after they surrounded him and threw rocks at him, said Special Agent Andrea Simmons, spokeswoman for the FBI in El Paso.
Simmons said he had been with other agents but was by himself at the time of the shooting………
The agents were responding to a report of a group of suspected illegal aliens being smuggled into the U.S. There were three of them, she said.
Two Mexican nationals were detained by the agents and the rest were given verbal commands to the rest of the group to stop and retreat. Instead, they surrounded the agent and threw rocks at him, Simmons said.
That’s when the agent opened fire, she said.
This is getting to be an epidemic with these gun happy cowboys with an attitude. And “rocks” seem to have replaced the old “I thought he had a weapon” used by generations of cops to rationa;oze a bad shoot. Besides, a rock is easier to plant than a throw down gun.
Ramos and Compean used the “phantom weapon defense” to justify their actions when they were finally caught. BP Agent Nicholas Corbett used the “rock” defense to rationalize his murder of Francisco Dominguez in the desert of Arizona a couple of years ago. A few days ago, BP Agents shot and wounded two migrants who were supposedly throwing rocks at them.
The boy died on the Mexican side of the Rio Grande. Mexican authorities are demanding a through investigation.
And people, I make no apologies for my language. This has gone on for too long with too many deaths and no accountability. And in the rare occasion when one of these renegade agents is caught and charged, he immediately becomes a hero to the right for killing a Mexican.
