Arizona nativist and whacked out desert dyke Laine Lawless is at it again, filing another frivolous motion in Judge John S. Leonardo’s court. This time, it is a motion demanding full transactional and testimonial immunity for anything she might say as a witness. Generally, people don’t ask for immunity unless they have something to hide. A jury of 7 males and 9 females have been seated in Pima County District courtroom of Judge John S. Leonardo for the trial of Albert Gaxiola, the third defendant in the Arivaca home invasion murders on May 30, 2009. Gaxiola, 43, is charged with two counts of first-degree murder in the deaths of Raul Flores and his daughter, 9 year old Brisenia Flores. Prelims underway for the trial of Albert Gaxiola

Two years and a week after the murders of 9 year old Brisenia Flores and her father Raul, by convicted Minuteman Shawna Forde and Jason Eugene Bush, the trial of the third defendant is scheduled to begin. Albert Gaxiola faces the same charges as Forde and Bush were convicted of in the Arivaca Arizona home invasion robbery. 225 prospective jurors were summoned to the Pima County courthouse to file out questionnaires containing 39 questions concerning their suitability to be called as jurors in the case. Next week, attorneys for both sides will meet with the Judge to review the questionnaires and decide who should be excluded from initial questioning. Opening statements should begin on June 7. Wackadoodle supporters of convicted double murderer Shawna Forde have filed another frivolous complaint, this time with the Commission on Judicial Conduct against Pima County Superior Court Judge John S. Laine Lawless, anti Mexican border vigilante and wackadoodle supporter of convicted double murderer Shawna Forde has filed a complaint against Deputy County Attorneys Rick Unklesbay and Kellie Johnson with the State Bar Association of Arizona, claiming among other things that her First Amendment Rights were violated after she was barred from the trial of Minuteman Shawna Forde. The fact that Shawna Forde is, by my reading of the evidence, guilty of planning and ordering the executions of Brisenia and Raul Flores and the attempted killing of Brisenia’s mother, Gina Gonzalez, does not change that opinion. But I will try to be objective in looking at why the jury sentenced her to death. Putting myself in the place of a juror and seeing the evidence presented to the jury, it would be difficult to resist giving Forde the maximum penalty allowed by law.
