ALIPAC President William Gheen calls for supporters nationwide to vandalize property to spread his message

ALIPAC President William “Willy Boy” Gheen today called on people nationwide to vandalize property, hack construction zone electronic signs and commit other crimes of civil disobedience today in response to an article on FOX NEWS relating to a highway sign in North Carolina that had been hacked to say “IMPEACH OBAMA”. Gheen, growing desperate as his latest campaign to scam his elderly donor base out of another $40,000 to maintain his extravagant lifestyle and fund his failed efforts against Hispanics, has issued a national presser calling for the impeachment of President Obama. His rants for impeachment have been largely ignored by all other than the sociopathic margins of society who follow his rants. William Gheen made the following statement in regards MORE

Leaked memos reveal attempts to murder migrants by border vigilante groups

Think Minuteman Shawna Forde and her group of murdering border vigilantes were an anomaly? Think again! Documents released by LulzSec, a group that hacked the Arizona Department of Public Safety last week seem to indicate otherwise and involve groups that have come to our attention in the past, such as the cowardly former Marine JT Ready, who was kicked out of the corp for disciplinary problems. Hacked Documents Reveal Border Vigilante Activity Reports of two previously unknown border vigilante operations, including one that apparently hires U.S. Marines as paid mercenaries, have surfaced in internal documents from the Arizona Department of Public Safety stolen and released last week by the hacker collective LulzSec. According to the documents, Department of Homeland Security MORE

Gaxiola guilty on all charges - Deliberations took 5 hours

It shouldn’t have taken more than 5 minutes, but in the end, former Arivaca resident Albert Robert Gaxiola, 43, was found guilty of all charges in the home invasion murders of Raul Flores, and his 9 year old daughter Brisenia, and the attempted murder of the victims wife and mother, Gina Marie Gonzalez. Gaxiola was convicted of two counts of first-degree murder, one count of attempted first-degree murder, one count of burglary in the first-degree; one count of aggravated assault/serious physical injury; one count of aggravated assault, deadly weapon/dangerous instrument; one count of armed robbery; and one count of aggravated armed robbery. These are the same charges Minuteman Shawna Forde and shooter Jason Eugene Bush have been convicted of. Both MORE

Social misfits of ALIPAC Call for the Impeachment of President Barack Obama?

Some people lack the chromosomes to be a productive member of our society and William Potter Gheen III who resides at 154 Bridle Trail in Youngsville North Carolina and fancies himself President of the irrelevant little group of sociopaths commonly known as ALIPAC is one of these. He’s also out of his fucking mind! Losing donors and credibility, and having difficulty scamming his elderly adorers out of their hard-earned cash this time around, Willy Gheen has gone off the deep end this time as he takes to the clouds of insanity on one of his moronic ego trips. A certified poll has confirmed this observation of Willy Gheen by a margin of almost 6 to 1. His latest national presser? MORE

La Ley de Jaime Cuervo alive in Alabama as State passes repressive immigration law

Alabama’s xenophobic governor on Thursday signed a tough and repressive new illegal immigration crackdown that contains provisions requiring public schools to determine students’ immigration status (in violation of Federal Law) and making it a crime to knowingly give an illegal immigrant a ride, or for that matter, being “brown” and alive in Alabama. George Wallace must be dancing a jig in hell over this one. Earlier in this legislative session, the Republican-led Alabama Legislature — with the help of some white Democrats — passed the bill that guarantees trial lawyers will be employed in future litigation in Alabama, with many of them working at taxpayer expense. There’s no telling how many trial lawyers that legislation will affect. Then, after making MORE

Laine Lawless' latest motion suggests complicity in Arivaca murders

Arizona nativist and whacked out desert dyke Laine Lawless is at it again, filing another frivolous motion in Judge John S. Leonardo’s court. This time, it is a motion demanding full transactional and testimonial immunity for anything she might say as a witness. Generally, people don’t ask for immunity unless they have something to hide. We’ve said all along that Lawless, and perhaps her buddy Chuck Stonex, should have been charged with accessory after the fact for their quick response to Shawna Fordes summons for help bandaging shooter Jason Bush’s leg wound. It came out in court last week during the hearing on Lawless’ “Motion to Quash” her subpoena as a witness for the prosecution, that she had told detectives MORE

He is also charged with the attempted first-degree murder of Gina Marie Gonzalez; one count of burglary in the first-degree; one count of aggravated assault, serious physical injury; one count of aggravated assault, deadly weapon/dangerous instrument; one count of armed robbery; and one count of aggravated armed robbery, the same charges his co-defendants, Minuteman Shawna Forde MORE

Minutemen reinventing themselves as "Tea Bagger Patriots"

Since the murderous antics of Minuteman leader Shawna Forde put the onus on other Minuteman groups and sent them scurrying for cover and deniability and exposed their vigilante agenda, what has happened to the various Minuteman factions and other so-called “Patriots” of the border vigilante movement? According to David Holthouse, an investigative reporter for Media Matters and our friend Dee Perez-Scott, publisher of the blog Immigration Talk with a Mexican American, they have infiltrated the Tea Party movement looking for legitimacy. Glenn Spencer’s ranch was once a meeting ground for anti-immigrant vigilantesand a haven for Minuteman murderer Shawna Forde who was arrested leaving his ranch. Now, with many of the same faces present, he hosts the Tea Party Nation. Spencer MORE

Texans Unite - HB 12 soundly defeated!

Folks, you did it! Late Wednesday night, the Texas Senate soundly rejected HB 12, a bill to ban non-existent sanctuary cities. Sold by proponents as a bill to eliminate “sanctuary cities,” HB 12 would have had catastrophic consequences on the state of Texas. Similar to Arizona’s draconian SB 1070, the bill would have prevented local police departments from keeping Texas cities and neighborhoods safe by requiring them to enforce federal immigration laws. Fortunately for all Texans, numerous law enforcement officials, community organizations, and individuals from all over Texas joined forces to defeat this bill stand up for the safety of our communities. A group of patriotic Senators banded together to block this dangerous and potentially unconstitutional immigration bill in a MORE
