Folks, you did it! Late Wednesday night, the Texas Senate soundly rejected HB 12, a bill to ban non-existent sanctuary cities. Sold by proponents as a bill to eliminate “sanctuary cities,” HB 12 would have had catastrophic consequences on the state of Texas.
