In a ruling that could have repercussions across the nation in a positive way against the hideous and draconian copycat laws other states are adopting, Federal Judge Susan Bolton ruled that  Arizona has no legal right to sue the federal government for failing to secure the border Judge Susan Bolton acknowledged federal law directs the Department of Homeland Security to achieve “operational control” of the border. A separate law requires construction of at least 700 miles of fencing. But the judge said those are only goals, and Congress set no deadline for when the fence needs to be completed. Hard to believe a year has passed since a questionable incident on Falcon Lake put the small town of Zapata Texas on the world map. A year ago today, Tiffany and David Hartley took their personal watercraft across the border and only Tiffany Harley returned telling  a harrowing and unbelievable  tale that stills smells like the rotting fish along the docks of Falcon Lake. Earlier this week, a story appeared about a fisherman on Falcon Lake in Zapata Country who claimed he was fired upon by masked men on the Mexican side of the lake, while fishing with his 11 year old grandson. Falcon Lake was the scene almost a year ago of the suspicious disappearance of David Hartley who was supposedly killed by still unidentified gunmen. His body has never been found and his wife has gone on to become an “expert” on “border security. He is the Border Patrol agent in El Paso who got away with the cold blooded murder of 15 year old Sergio Adrian Hernandez Güereca on June 7, 2010. The Border Patrol agents who murdered of 19 year old US Citizen Carlos La Madrid, 15-year-old Sergio Adrian Hernandez Guereca, Ramses Barron Torres, 17, of Nogales Sonora, on the Arizona border are still walking free today, but two other weren’t so lucky. A federal grand jury in Tucson returned a 5-count indictment today against Dario Castillo, 23, and Ramon Zuniga, 29, both of Maricopa, Ariz., for Conspiracy to Deprive Persons of Civil Rights and Civil Rights Deprivation under Color of Law.
