FBI urged to investigate the Minutemen in the murder of Border Patrol agent
It is now an established fact that the Minutemen are involved in profiting from drug smuggling operations along the Mexico/US border. The proof is the three Minutemen in a Tucson jail awaiting trial for the heinous murder of a 9-year-old child and her father in Arivaca, Arizona on May 30th. In this case, three members of the Minutemen American Defense invaded the home of the Flores family at night looking to steal drugs and money. In the process, Shawna Forde, White supremacist Jason Eugene Bush and Albert Robert Gaxiola murdered little Brisenia Flores, her father Raul and left for dead her mother Gina Flores.
Later in the investigation of this shocking crime, it was found that the Minutemen murderess Shawna Forde had very close connections to other high level Minutemen leaders that include Jim Gilchrist and others. In addition, Shawna Forde had attended terrorist vigilante training classes at the notorious Minutemen “Camp Vigilance” which is located near the very same area where Border Patrol Agent Robert Rosas was also murdered on July 23, 2009.
There is another telling sign that indicates that the Minutemen are operating as a sophisticated front for covert drug smuggling operations. Soon after Shawna Forde and her Minutemen killers murdered little Brisenia Flores and her father looking for drugs and money , she sought refuge at Glenn Spencer’s ranch which is located near the Mexican border in Arizona. It was not the first time that the child killer Shawna Forde was at the ranch of the infamous anti-Mexican bigot.
A report by journalist Art Ricker of the Galena Gazette published on April 22, 2008 says that he met up with Shawna Forde at the Spencer ranch at the end of March 2008. Ricker reports, “I spent Saturday afternoon at a ranch, on the Mexican border, owned by Glenn Spencer, the president of American Border Patrol. Later that day we left the ranch and headed south to an area referred by the border patrol as the Tucson Station.” Ricker continues, “Traveling along with me were; Shawna Forde, president of Minutemen America Defense ; her daughter; and an employee of Spencer’s ranch, Wes Fleming. Our area of interest was north of Sasabe, Arizona., known as Caballo Loco.”
Journalist Art Ricker continues to report that during the border operation; Wes Fleming, Shawna Forde and himself met up and camped out with the well known CIA operative and professional mercenary Joseph Adams of “Nicaraguan Contra/Crack Cocaine Scandal” fame. Are we beginning to get the picture? We hope the FBI knows this very important piece of information and is already investigating.
Yet another connection to the possible murder of US Border Patrol agent Robert Rosas by the Minutemen is a video produced by a Minuteman who is known as “The Cockroach Hunter.” This particularly evil Minuteman, like the Minuteman killer Jason Eugene Bush, filmed the killing of a Mexican migrant in the same general area where the Mexican-American Border Patrol agent Robert Rosas was also killed.
It is clear to us that the killing by the Minutemen of the “cockroach” Mexican migrant shown in the video is no different, in their minds, to the killing of the “cockroach” Border Patrol agent Robert Rosas who is also of Mexican descent.
t is no secret that most of the anti-Mexican Minutemen border vigilantes have great disdain for all US Border Patrol agents of Mexican descent. They want them all dead and continuously accuse them of “collaborating with the Mexican agenda.” We believe that the Minutemen killed US Border Patrol agent Robert Rosas in order to advance their goals of closing the border and of sparking a “border war.” These border vigilantes, notably Glenn Spencer, have continuously demonized even US Border Patrol Chief David Aguilar who is also of Mexican descent. Under these circumstances, it would be no surprise if the killer Minutemen are now targeting border patrol agents of Mexican descent for assassination. This will also make it easier for them to profit from the drug trade.
The dead end in the investigation of the true murderers of Border Patrol agent Robert Rosas should alert the FBI. Their offer of a $100,000 reward for the recovery of the agent’s hand gun, a .40 caliber Heckler & Koch P2000, and information leading to the arrest of the murderers only led the Mexican police to produce some patsies in order to obtain the tempting reward. The Tecate, Mexico police claimed that they had arrested Ernesto Parra Valenzuela for the murder and that he was in possession of agent’s Rosas handgun during the arrest. It turned out, however, that the handgun in possession of Valenzuela was not a Border Patrol issued .40 caliber Heckler & Koch P2000 but a common 9 mm caliber semi-automatic. (See photo).
The FBI needs to wake up and investigate the Minutemen for what they are, a bunch of domestic terrorists who are now involved in raising funds for their operations by profiting through drug smuggling operations.
They are using the cover of being “patriots defending America” to commit their evil deeds. These criminals are hiding behind the “American Flag” like many other common delinquents have done in the past. We urge the US Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation to diligently perform their duties and bring the killers of US Border Patrol agent Robert Rosas to justice.

I wouldn’t doubt that a large portion of you are responsible for gun smuggling into Mexico too. I’ve been to Los Algodones. Anyone can walk across from AZ with a gun or even a suitcase full of them, without even a pat down by a customs officer or having to go through a metal detector as there isn’t any!
If the U.S. is so intent on stopping the flow of guns, drugs & illegal aliens from Mexico, it should work both ways. After a two hour wait to get back to AZ, I was surprised to see a total of 3 customs officers to process the hundreds of people that were waiting.

Your lax gun laws in the U.S. are fueling a war of drugs, gun smuggling, crime and corruption. I’m sure it’s only a matter of time before criminal charges are laid against the person, or persons responsible for the murder of Agent Rosas, but I bet it won’t be a Mexican charged!
Actually, it is guns being smuggled from the US to Mexico that is attributable to the scale of violence there right now.
But as I write this, I am sitting in a hotel in Cd. Juarez, with a marvelous view of the central business district and the distant colonias. What I am not seeing nor have I seen, is the violence that American media, and the border vigilantes would have you believe that has turned this town into a war zone.

This reads great, but is factually untrue, Forde never attended any training at Camp Vigilance. Also the area where Rosas was shot by Humman traffickers or drug smugglers is about 10 miles West of Camp Vigilance and not in the area at all.

The only correct information propagandist Ernesto Cienfuegos wrote in this litany of gobbledygook is the part about the rogue Mountain Minutemen producing and distributing a video depicting minutemen shooting to death an illegal alien crossing Mex- US border.
The rest of his article is a pantheon of one lie after another. Typical rhetoric from the likes of a mean, hate mongering person like Ernesto Cienfuegos.
Admittedly, a few sinister persons have infiltrated the minuteman movement, including outright criminals. However, in all fairness, Senor Cienfuegos should admit that some persons on his side of the argument supporting illegal immigration have criminal intentions as well. Criminal elements operate from within both sides of the debate over illegal immigration.
Finally, I personally led the efforts to have the Mountain Minutemen removed from theie border outpost at Campo, Ca. What they did was disgusting.

Are you kidding me, this article is a joke, the minutemen went out to the station where this man was stationed out of to show thier respects to him and the family, We have “mexicans” in our groups working along side and leading us to the same goal. BORDER SECURITY. Agent Rosas was murdered by an illegal who has fled back to Mexico, as many criminals do. Unless we shut off our borders, we will continue to be overrun by illegals, terrorists sneaking in, drug cartels, and other despicable folks.

Now, let’s have a chat about the kind of people who have been helping out the SD Minutemen okay? Since you do not know who any of us are, I am writing to you to let you know and to “educate” you.
Firstly, there are rotten apples in every single group in the world. Surely, you have to agree on that.
Secondly, this Shawna chick – scuze the old fashioned reference, but I just don’t know what else to call her – as she is not associated with any of us at all. There are many organizations who once in a while, “get tricked” by some nutcase! And in this case, she apparently is a female “sociopath”. I would like you to read the book: “The Sociopaths Among Us”, by: Dr. Hare. If you would educate yourself on types like this- you would come to an educated understanding of how good these con artists are.
So, you have annoyed me greatly by “lumping” many of us San Diegans in with that clearly unhinged woman!
Need I spell it out for you? After looking at the web sites stated above – you will see that the people who live here have built restaurants, hotels, motels, auto agencies, car washes, grocery stores, and on and on.
And guess who they are only too happy to employ? Need I spell that out also?

For instance – Claudia whom we have known for 25 years – confessed to us that all the women she knows – have divorced their husbands – in order to then have children and collect WIC and Medi-Cal to raise their children. They still live with their husbands – no one has the money to stop this practice.
I had absolutely no idea that was going on – but apparently it has been going on for years and years and now California is almost broke. To top if off – they think it is really funny that it is so easy to pull off such a caper!

The machine gun toting hillbillys are drug users themselves. They ironically buy the same Mexican drugs smuggled across the very borders they aim to defend. Most notable of this lot are the BP Auziliry boys at the camp vigilante. They parade in uniforms and badges and guns like they are the real deal but they are just sad posers. They are known to shoot crystal meth before standing ont he border.
Unfortunately, Agent Rosas was in the way of an illegal alien entering the United States illegally. His assassination should have prompted the U.S. government to protect its borders and the legal citizens of the United States, which each elected politician took an oath to protect. The U.S. has been invaded and instead of the U.S. government treating this assassination and others, as well as, recent violent incursions along the the U.S. border against law enforcement and military (Border Patrol Agents) as an act of war and immediately securing the border and closing it until the assassin is found and brought to justice, the U.S. government is allowing more illegal aliens to continue to cross into the U.S. illegally and in some cases giving them legal status via a green card. Whether the illegal alien assassin returned to Mexico or is free in the U.S. he or she has at their disposal a U.S. Border Patrol weapon to use at their disposal to assassinate additional American or Mexican citizens. Agent Rosas was upholding his oath of service to his country and performing his job responsibilities to secure the U.S. border from invasion. Agent Rosas is a real American Hero. Elected American politicians owe Agent Rosas and his family the respect of upholding their oaths of office to service, protect, uphold the Consitituion and the laws of the United States.
