Is Shawna Forde being “tortured” by the Sheriff of Pima County?

What now? They claim she is being “tortured” after being “falsely arrested”. It just gets better and better.

Forde, her wannabe lover, Laine Lawless and this entire zoo crew can’t seem to get it through their heads that she is incarcerated, locked up, in jail, after being indicted for the murders of an innocent 9 year old child and her father, in the home invasion robbery in Arivaca Arizona in May 2009.

Here’s the newest lunacy coming from the website Justice for Shawna Forde:

Shawna has now been in solitary confinement for 239 days. The American Psychological Association says that solitary confinement for prolonged periods is torture. Our own military
doesn’t allow solitary confinement for more than 45 days.
Since Shawna’s false arrest, here are the official reasons and rumors which have been given for keeping her in solitary confinement:

  1. She’s in danger from the other inmates in general population.
  2. She allegedly passed a note from someone else describing a “hit” on another prisoner and got 2 weeks discipline.
  3. The Minutemen were planning on breaking her out of jail.
  4. She was allegedly organizing a jail break among the other prisoners.
  5. Her picture was run on the TV frequently.
  6. Sheriff Dupnik objected to criticism by this website.

What will it take to enforce Shawna’s 8th Amendment rights against “cruel and unusual punishment and excessive bail?”

Probably, number 1 is more likely. After being accused of murdering innocent 9 year old Brisenia Flores, a legal Hispanic American, we can only imagine the mothers incarcerated in Pima County who would like to avenge this childs death. And of course, taking into consideration Forde’s well known hatred of Mexicans, I would surely say she is in danger.

But hey! Release her into the general population and save the county the cost of a trial and the state the cost of incarcerating her for life, or until her appeals run their course.

Number 2? Who can say! Shawna trying to play the big shot behind bars?

Number 3? Shame on you Jim Gilchrist! Were you really planning on breaking her out of a secure facility such as the Pima County Jail? Naaaaa!!!

Number 4? Yeah, Right!

Number 5.  Only in the week or two after her arrest. She’s a nobody!

Number 6. See number 5. She’s a nobody and the website Justice for Shawna Forde is probably doing more to hurt her case than to help her.

But for the rest of us, they’re good for a chuckle now and again.

    I'm sorry sis but I disagree with the fact that Raul brought this on himself because he was a drug dealer. A drug dealers crime does not match the death penalty. If he were a drug dealer then he deserved to be in jail but he did not deserve death by any means.

    If everyone is interested I have a email I recieved recently from Dill and her cohort John Lyon. It shows just how nasty these two really are, the email is full of filth and accusations that are not even close to being true. I will be glad to post the email if there is enough interest.

    One thing Shawna forgot to tell you Roberta Dill and that is that I am a fighter and when I am innocent of all accusations brought on by Shawna or Roberta. I don't have to tell lies about things like Shawna does and the truth will always prevail against wrong or evil. Personally I believe that Roberta Dill is the product of the DEVIL and his DEMONS !

    I am Shawna's oldest sister and I can tell you she is a liar and a manipulator. Her and her "friend" Roberta Dills are so ridiculously funny.

    I have to go into justiceforshawnaforde just to get a laugh. Do either one of them or just Roberta know that they/she is just hurting Shawna's case even more?

    1. If Shawna was really an anorexic when she was younger than how can she be fat, and to say that she is not fat at her height and weight she is fat, look at her pics, do they think everyone is blind? Shawna has never been anorexic a day in her life, if this was the case why is this the first time her family has heard about it?

    2. There is no way any jail in this country will keep an inmate naked 24/7. It's illegal to say the least. Let alone the fact that they would not want anything to hurt their case against her, especially in such a high profile case as this. And its against her Constitutional rights, not that she should have any since she took away Brisenia's right to a full life.

    3. I have no doubt what so ever about Shawna's guilt, I have known for a long time that she is capable of anything, although at the time I didn't realize just how much, but knowing her as I do I was not surprised by it.

    She is one of the best liars and manipulators I have ever seen in my life and I have watched her in action. She can convince just about anyone of anything she wants, she can be very convincing when she wants to be.

    4. I think once she has been convicted she should get a Darwin award for being a stupid criminal. She's not the brightest apple in the barrel and obviously neither is her friend. Keep it up you two, you are digging Shawna's grave even deeper. They have so much evidence against her there is no way they can't convict her.

    5. I feel so bad for the Flores family who has been completely torn apart because of Shawna and her cohorts, and I cry for poor little Brisenia whlo didn't even have a chance at life. My deepest sympathies and apologies to her surviving mother and sister. Raoul Flores also brought this onto his own family by being involved with drugs but that poor little girl was innocent, she cant choose her parents and has no control over what her parents do, she should not have had to pay with her life for other peoples sins and greed.

    I hope with all my heart that all the people involved in this heinous crime pay with their lives, why should they be allowed to live when they took a childs life? And who wants to pay to keep people like that in jail all their lives. Thats too good for them, they dont deserve the rights they claim they should have. Where was Brisenia's rights when they shot her in the face twice?

      After re-reading your spin on the supposed 150 page media release, titled "What the Media Didn’t Tell You", of the 16 paragraphs, the first is the most telling.

      It was disorganized but revealing. We have reorganized it by topic and extracted the cogent parts. The mainstream media managed to glean just a few paragraphs from it, leaving the most truthful parts untold.

      2. Were the ommissions intentional? Of course they were. The prosecution doesn't share the heart of it's case with the media, nor does it share or reveal pertinent information or evidence, for obvious reasons.

      Jason Bush was arrested in Meadview, AZ. He had a bullet wound in his leg for 2 weeks that was likely infected and painful, considering he hadn't received proper treatment

      You should know the answer to this. You and Chuck Stonex were summoned to Arivaca to treat the bullet wound, which has been described as an open wound cause by a bullet grazing the skin.

      4. So the media made a mistake. Sierra Vista, Hereford, Arivaca. All in the same general area. They got it right about her being at Spencer's compound though, didn't they?

      5. No such official reports of this incident have surfaced to any of our knowledge, although this has been thrown around the internet in an attempt to obscure the facts. If this had any bearing on the Forde case, it would have been reported on.

      7. Gaxiola "says" he was having a relationship with Forde. Define relationship? Passing the ass to get what she wants? It appears that was how she made it through life.

      8. We've all heard about Oin Oakstar and the fact had he not been too drunk to join the trio, he would have been the "fourth man". I think that theory has been proven with his plea deal.

Nice try, but in the heat of the moment, when you've witnessed your family being murdered and you're wounded and fearing for your own life, you are suggesting that Gina should have been clear headed and cognizant enough to recall every single detail of her attackers? And yes, 5'3" tall and 150# is short, fat and ugly, especially when you're on the ground looking up and your assailants.

      We've read your little essay "What the media didn't tell you" It's an interesting piece with absolutely nothing to back it up.

      Come on now. Pima County investigators arrested and detained your paramour based on evidence. None of us believe that the US Government would single out a two bit petty crook and hustler for the charges they have against her. If they wanted to harm your vigilante movement, they would go after some of the high profile actors.

      Post a .pdf of that 150 page press release if you have it and if it exists. I've never heard of a press release running more than a half dozen pages anyhow.

        Yes # 6 is hurting her more than she knows. I was told that as long as Shawna and Laine keep running their mouths the more it is setting her destiny inplace and it is not a good place. The more they keep running their mouths and the things they keep reporting are being proven wrong and it just shows how more guilty she really is. So keep doing what your doing Laine and it will not be long and you will be the laughing stalk of Arizona. Hahahahahahahahahaha
