Minuteman Wars Rage On

One of the Minutemen on the job protecting our "borders"Into the New Year, Jim Gilchrist, head of the increasingly toothless, Minuteman Project sent this email to whomever would listen and read it.

Other than misrepresenting the number of illegal immigrants in this country, a number that increases incrementally, depending on the writers mental state at the moment, he makes some good points.

Minuteman Wars Rage; Infighting Provides Momentum for Amnesty in 2010 for 30 million illegal aliens

“I will destroy you!,” bellowed Jeff Schwilk, the disgraced former leader of SDMM, in an email to the Minuteman Project last year. Since then, Schwilk and his equally repulsive friend, William Gheen of ALIPAC (pronounced “Allah-Pak) have devoted most of their time, 24/7, to achieve their destructive goal. But, they keep failing. About the only things they’ve succeeded in destroying are themselves, and the influence that immigration law enforcement groups used to have…before they started fighting among each other.

Apparently, these two mean-spirited activists think that intimidation is the “pathway” to absolute control over all immigration reform groups across the country.

Gheen’s ALIPAC is a professional (professional???) money-making fund raising machine that seeks out any trendy movement and exploits it for financial gain. ALIPAC is not alone, though, as many other organizations like ALIPAC seek out naïve donors across the country to solicit for money. That is their goal: raising as much money as they can, not in solving any political or social problem like illegal immigration. Gheen’s goal appears to be the elimination of any competitor in the immigration reform movement, so that ALIPAC can have unimpeded access to, and absolute control of, the nation’s lucrative donor base. No wonder ALIPAC spends more of its time attacking other immigration reform groups than it devotes to the illegal immigration problem.

In the case of Jeff Schwilk, in my opinion, he is simply nuts…a man without reason, without conscience, without any recognizable achievement in life other than being an idiot. Although, he would make a good example of a 21st century Benedict Arnold. That was the idiot during our Revolutionary War who blamed everyone but himself for his failures, and who subsequently turned against our Continental Army of minutemen and women and eventually aided our enemies. He failed in that goal as well.

As these literal idiots (Jeff Schwilk and William Gheen) amp up their attacks on groups like the MMP, Barbara Coe’s CCIR, Glenn Spencer’s American Patrol, Al Garza’s Patriot’s Coalition, Britt Craig’s Campo Minutemen, the Shannon McGauley’s Texas Minutemen, Raymond Herrera’s California Crusaders, Joe Turner’s defunct SOS, and Dennis Slater’s No More Invasion, to name only a few, they have given our adversaries as much ground on the immigration battlefield as if we had all simply surrendered.

A decisive defeat could very well be in store for the immigration reform minuteman movement, as the infighting sponsored by these malcontents rages and pits American against American, instead of American against the illegal alien lawlessness and those who sponsor it.

Americans, we will lose this contest with our federal and state governments to restore the enforcement of U.S. immigration laws as long as we follow the fumbling lead of incompetent social failures like Jeff Schwilk and William Gheen (ALIPAC). I have repeatedly warned these gentlemen of the dire consequences of their behavior, but my warnings fell on ears as deaf as the political representatives we have all been fighting against for so many years. Neither Schwilk/SDMM, nor Gheen/ALIPAC are sincere or serious about the preservation of our cherished country.

I am urging all those seriously interested in bringing back proactive and effective enforcement of the nation’s immigration laws to avoid the extreme negativity sponsored by these two delusional activists.

Anyone seeking minuteman representation in the San Diego County area is encouraged to contact a tried and true veteran organization, Britt Craig’s Campo Minutemen. If you want quality representation in Arizona, then contact AL Garza’s Patriot’s Coalition. Both of these men are hardened, combat seasoned Vietnam war veterans. They are also gentlemen with graceful social skills.

Sincerely Yours,

Jim Gilchrist, BAJ, BSBA, MBA, CPA(ret.) – Founder and President, Jim Gilchrist’s Minuteman Project, Inc. [dba The Minuteman Project, Inc.]

Gilchrist is correct about Gheen. He’s been an abject failure in everything he attempted in the past year. A failure that is except to scam his naive donors out of money to support his lifestyle, and this past attempt had him frantic and worried, when his followers didn’t empty their wallets in a timely fashion.

What else did Gheen fail at in 2009?

  • He was going to derail the nomination and confirmation of Justice Sonia Sotomayor. He failed and then tried to slow the confirmation until after the Congressional break. He failed again.
  • He belligerently inserted himself into the “Tea Party” movement trying to make it his own, and failed miserably after trying to organize “tea parties” in 50 venues, which produced less than 1000 participants. Again, the little “tea bagger” failed. A week later, the pro-reform movement mobilized more than 60,000 people in 900 venues to participate in a conference call with Rep. Luis Gutierrez.
  • He tried to stop, once again, in state tuition for undocumented students at North Carolina’s Community Colleges. Failing to rally supporters to his side, and seeing the overwhelming support for the initiative, he decided to spend his time in the halls, telling his lies to anyone who would listen. He accused the college board of rigging the hearing in favor of pro reform supporters, and blamed SPLC and La Raza on his latest miserable failure.
  • And once again, he is trying to cause the dismissal of Janet Napolitano for the actions of the failed Christmas day thwarted attack on the airliner over Detroit. Ignoring the fact that this security failure occurred in Nigeria and Denmark, and that the multi-entry visa was issued to the suspect more than 2 years ago, Gheen thinks that Napolitanos dismissal would derail efforts at immigration reform. Again, failure on Gheen’s part.

2010 is going to be an interesting year. And William Gheen and ALIPAC will have little if anything to do on the course we take in the New Year.

As we’re returning from some downtime over the holidays, a belated Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all our followers.

Puerto Vallarta is the place to welcome in the New Year.
