One of the suspects in a home invasion that left Raul Flores Jr. and his daughter dead had a dispute with Flores over illegal drugs, Flores’ wife said the day after the killings.

The woman, who was shot in the leg during the incident, told officers that she knew Albert Robert Gaxiola from around town and that he “had gotten into a dispute with her husband the previous year due to the fact that (Gaxiola) was reportedly storing marijuana on their property,” according to the report.

Fingerprints found on a sawed-off shotgun left at the scene matched those of Gaxiola, who was indicted in the case Tuesday along with Shawna Forde and Jason “Gunny” Bush, according to the report released Wednesday.

Flores’ wife said Gaxiola’s height, weight and voice fit the description of a Hispanic man who participated in the fatal home invasion.

Law enforcement officials are also looking for another suspect in connection with the May 30 shootings that left Flores, 29, and his daughter Brisenia, 9, dead.

Georgina Sue Moraga, 34, of Tucson is listed as wanted in the report. Moraga has a long criminal record in Arizona that includes assault, possession and use of drug paraphernalia, several failures to appear and traffic violations.

Oin Glenn Oakstar, 38, of Arivaca is named as a suspect in the case. He was detained the morning of the murders near the crime scene.

The 200-page report included detailed accounts of law enforcement officers in the hours and days after the shootings.
