North Carolina Representative Rick Glazier exposes ALIPAC and William Gheen on NC House Floor

Published on 03/31/2011 by

ALIPAC Morons

Least we never forget our never-ending need to remind Mr Gheen of his place in the "margins of society"

North Carolina State Representative Rick Glazier, a Democrat from Cumberland County North Carolina is a Patriot and a hero for standing up before other members of the North Carolina House of Representatives during the debate over HB-33 which would prohibit all state and local governments from accepting the Matricula Consular cards issued by the Mexican Consulate to undocumented immigrants in the US, and exposing ALIPAC and it’s president William Gheen for what they are.

Rep. Glazier, took exception to a vile and sophomoric letter Gheen sent to all members of the North Carolina Assembly which in typical Gheen peckerwood style, accused everyone who did not agree with him and support his anti Hispanic agenda of being “un-American”, “traitors” and guilty of “treason”. Full of himself and ego in overdrive as is usually the case, Gheen went on to threaten retaliation against those who voted against his agenda come the 2012 elections.

To those who argue and attack us as an institution or as members of a very margins of society. Where we allow discriminatory animus and the kinds of comments that are contained in this email, to operate without restriction, we allow the sowing of malice and hatred in our society and we are better than that as a people and we are better than that as a body.

Here is Rep. Glazier’s comments from the well of the NC Assembly:

Thank you very much, Mister Speaker.

I spoke yesterday on the floor on the bill, and, uh, and appreciate the comments and my discussion afterwards, particularly with several representatives involved in the bill and hopefully it will improve over time.

But I speak on a slightly different way on the bill today. I’m Looking at an e-mail on this bill sent from a group ALIPAC, and I want to read the title because I think its important.

North Carolina Democrats and Two Republican Traitors Support Illegal Immigration.

This e-mail is ugly and it is hateful and it is vicious and it is despicable against two extraordinary honorable members of this body who I have a great and deep respect for not to mention all the members on this side.

This bill should be defeated on the merits as we suggested in argument yesterday. But it should be defeated as well to preserve the honor of this institution and to protect colleagues from deceitful and hateful and prejudicial comments of the nature of the people who are behind this bill, not the legislators involved but this group.

Ya know, the internet is filled with sites of hatred against Jew and Arab, against black and white, against Republican and Democrat, against women and men, and freedom of speech is important. If the first amendment is not a suicide pact, it does not require that we stand silent.

To those who argue and attack us as an institution or as members of a very margins of society. Where we allow discriminatory animus and the kinds of comments that are contained in this email, to operate without restriction, we allow the sowing of malice and hatred in our society and we are better than that as a people and we are better than that as a body. and so whether it is on the merits or for the honor of our colleagues or for the people involved or for the preservation of the institution. i hope that we change some of us, some of our votes today and that we vote to defeat this bill. it is an ugly, ugly bill

This latest attacks on lawmakers comes after Gheen publicly attacked NC Rep. Deborah Ross for further telling the truth about him and his malicious attacks against those he opposes. She also exposed Gheen’s peckerwood mentality.

Today, Gheen responded to Patriot Glaizers attacks in his normal manner of self-aggrandizement. Gheen wrote;

“We enjoyed watching Representative Rick Glazier meltdown and start crying on the house floor yesterday, but must point out that he was being both dishonest and unprofessional with his presentation,” said William Gheen President of ALIPAC. “Our open letter did not contain any of the ‘prejudicial’ elements Glazier cited and after twenty years of service to the NC General Assembly members, I hardly feel our message came from the ‘margins of society.’

We didn’t see or hear any meltdown by Rep. Glazier, simply a man fed up with the lies, misinformation and assaults coming from this small group from the dregs of society.

ALIPAC claims to be America’s 3rd largest organization of incompetent imbeciles advocating for the expulsion of all Mexicans from the United States. William Gheen, President of ALIPAC, is a registered nativist, er, lobbyist, prior gofer for the NC General Assembly, and pays to be quoted or interviewed often on CNN, FOX, MSNBC, CBS, and most of the major daily newspapers in America.

Matricula Consular

A perfectly valid and legal Matricula Consular for Mexican citizens in the US

WHAT IS THE MATRICULA CONSULAR?

Just what is the MATRICULA CONSULAR legally issued by the Mexican Consulate to Mexican citizens in the United States?

William Gheen claims it is ” worthless cards sold by the Mexican government to illegal aliens on US soil or to anyone looking to create false identification” and as usual, Gheen is speaking from the center hole between his butt checks where his head resides most of the time.

The MatrĂcula Consular de Alta Seguridad (MCAS) (Consular Identification Card) is an identification card issued by the Government of Mexico through its consulate offices to Mexican nationals residing outside of Mexico.

Also known as the Mexican CID card, it has been issued since 1871.

The issue of the card has no bearing on immigration status in the foreign country they are residing in.

The purpose of the card is to demonstrate that the bearer is a Mexican national living outside of Mexico.

It includes a Government of Mexico issued ID number and bears a photograph and address of the Mexican National to whom it is issued.

While no ID’s are foolproof and fraud proof, the Matricula Consular has built-in anti forgery features. Issuing officers are able to access Mexican IMSS records based on the applicants CURP number and Electoral ID card to determine the person requesting the card is who he says he is.

The issue at hand is ridiculous and further proof of William Gheen’s desire to kick Hispanics in the ass at every turn and then claim some sort of hard-won victory.

The passage of this law means nothing as Federal law permits and acknowledges the validity of the Matricula Consular. Nor does passage of this bill mean it will be enforced. It’s simply a feel good measure for the nativists in the NC legislature and others on the margins of society.

It is not a right to come to the United States: It is a privilege!! By the way, as far as William Gheen is concerned, that man has more decency and charisma in his little pinky than all of you open borders people will ever have. Yes, I am a nativist, if you want to call me that, and I am damned proud of it. Open borders groups and their hypocrisy just disgust the hell out of me.

    • Decency and charisma? The idiots a flim flam man and a fraud. Feeding on the elderlies fear and paranoia of a changing world to con them out of their money.

For instance, the 84 year old donor in Oregon who is good for $10,000.00 a pop. Gimme a frigging break!

If the MCAS is such a secure and reliable document why do state officials in 22 of 32 Mexican states refuse to recognize it as a valid ID? Why do no major banks in Mexico accept it for banking transaction ID purposes? Why did the FBI characterize it as an unreliable form of ID? Why do veteran police officers with extensive experience investigating major felonies and criminal enterprises involving Mexican and Central American players almost invariable find the bad guys in possession of multiple genuine (genuine in the sense that they were produced in a Mexican consulate or by a Mobile Mexican Consulate using cameras and laminating machines owned by the Mexican Consulate on genuine Mexican Consulate paper stock) with different names, different DOBs, different US addresses, and different Mexican places of birth but bearing a laminated photgraph of the same person?

Mr. Glazier doth righteously pontificate to infantil excess and it be he that needeth to deal with colonic obstructions caused by auto-insertion of cranial globe. Law School 101 Mr. Glazier: The full faith and credit clause of the US Constitution does not extend to foreign governments.

    • Better get your facts straight. To my knowledge, no Mexican States accept the document because it is not meant to be a form of ID in Mexico.

There, they have thier Credencial Electoral, which is the defacto national ID and voters card.

Anything can be forged in this digital age. I seriously doubt what you suggest (ie: f multiple genuine (genuine in the sense that they were produced in a Mexican consulate or by a Mobile Mexican Consulate using cameras and laminating machines owned by the Mexican Consulate on genuine Mexican Consulate paper stock) with different names, different DOBs, different US addresses, and different Mexican places of birth but bearing a laminated photgraph of the same person?)

Mr Glaizer doth righteously spoketh the verdad puro!

Isn't this the guy who wears womens clothing ? Have I made my point ?

  4. "No" to ILLEGALS

Shouldnt legal immigrants, by definition, have U.S. government-issued documents anyway?
If they cant keep up with their green cards or visa, how would this help?
Should we really trust the Mexican government to verify aliens in the U.S.A.?

    • As someone who has had numerous dealings with the Mexican government and their agencies, I know for a fact that Mexico does not issue documents willy nilly as William Gheen suggests.

We're not talking about legal immigrants obviously, but the undocumented. I don't know about you, but I'd like to know who is amongst us. I would also prefer they have drivers licenses and the ability to buy required liability insurance. It makes sense because license or documentation or not, they're going to drive.

If you're outside your own country, regardless of where you are and whether you're there with permission or not — Your ID is your home country papers. My husband's a Legal Permanent Resident of the US, but his most fundamental ID is still his home country passport, and that will continue to be the case until and unless he takes US citizenship. When I go abroad, I carry papers from the US, and must continue to do so until and unless I take citizenship elsewhere, at which point it's the new gov't's job to identify me. That's the purpose of the Mexican matricula. And yes, it's the Mexican government's job

Illegal immigration is coming and staying in the United States without the right to do that. It is against the law. The United States is a country ruled by laws, not by men. I immigrated to the US, legally, meaning I represented through official channels of my desire to live in the US and after going through a "legal" process I was granted that privilege. Today I am very proud US citizen.

Illegal immigration is wrong. The entire nonsense around it is juvenile and frankly very dangerous for my country. There is no real debate about illegal immigration and for that matter legal immigration because the entire pro- illegal advocacy has been totally high-jacked by Hispanic politics consideration.

It is sad that groups such as yours waste your time advocated fro illegal immigrants who in their vast majority do not belong here, they need to go back home where they will enjoy their culture and language better.

    • Well Alejandro, congratulations for doing it the right way and not having to wait half you natural life to do so.

I don't advocate illegal immigration. I advocate for reform of our broken system and for human rights for all and civil rights for those who are denied them. Being here illegally does not deny those people basic human and civil rights, despite what right wing imbeciles like William Gheen would have you believe.

      • A_Rational_Thinker

I agree on all, but except for one thing and that is the illegal immigrants do not have civil rights. Civil rights only pertains to United States citizens. Civil rights are determined by the United States Constitution and the Constitution is meant to protect United States Citizens, not illegal immigrants. There are limited civil rights and those pertain to legal immigrants who are trying to become citizens of the United States.

      Dear Alejandro,

I am glad that you were able to enter the US and become a proud citizen. You do not say when you did so, so I think it may have been before the current controversy and ill-will came into being. Perhaps you are a person of means, or did not have to flee political violence in fear of your and your family's lives?

I wonder if you know the phrase "Black Surgeon Syndrome?" It was coined in the US in the late 70s, when enough African-Americans had, against terrible odds, become very successful in their chosen fields and then became conservative, saying to the rest of their people, "Well, I made it. What's your problem?" It was very clear to everyone else what the many great problems were, but a few prosperous people chose to close their eyes and malign their less fortunate brothers and sisters.

I do not know your situation or the challenges you have faced, and I do not wish to judge you in any way. I do want to suggest, however, that in your post you sound like you have a terrible case of Black Surgeon Syndrome. I ask you to please consider in your heart why some of your neighbors may have been desperate enough to enter the US illegally. I also ask you to help us all find the best solution to the many problems involved here rather than shaking your finger at those less fortunate than yourself.

      With best wishes,
      Melody

      • A_Rational_Thinker

When you say "you have a terrible case of Black Surgeon Syndrome," you make it sound like if he has an illness which is incorrect. Even though you meant it as a joke, I believe there is nothing wrong for him to be proud of himself and expect others to do the same as he did. It just upsets naturalized citizens that an illegal immigrant who comes to this country illegal, although they are less fortunate, to have more rights than they do. And it sucks when that naturalized citizen (who is now a taxpayer) have to pay to take care of him.

      • A_Rational_Thinker

Also there are many reasons why the enter the US illegally and the main ones are is that they just want a life from poverty, fear of danger, and illnesses. I wish we could help but the United States is not in any position to take care of the citizens of another country. Our economy is hurting and it ain't going to get better with illegal immigrants here. Don't get me started on what these illegal immigrants do to our country.

Hand W.G. another can of paint, and cheer as his corner gets smaller and the colors get ever more day-glo! Sooner or later he'll immobilize himself and, if we're fortunate, paint his mouth shut.
