Copies of Shawna Forde’s medical discharge documents have appeared on the 14 member Minuteman American Defense website
They show she went in and submitted to the standard rape exam. As despicable as this woman is, it’s time for the Everett Police to get to the bottom of this, investigate, arrest and prosecute those responsible.
The Everett PD case number is 28978-0008, if anyone has access to this agency.
I’m not going to waste time posting the report here. It is available following this LINK However, I reserve the right to do so if it is mysteriously “pulled” as the photos and announcement of the attack were. After all, it is out in the public domain now.
But the medical discharge only points out more discrepancies and exaggerations by Forde.
In her appearance on No Compromises Blogtalkradio she described the events surrounding the “attack”.
- She was “attacked” around 2030 hours on the 29th of December, yet the time stamp on the hospital report shows 0425 on 30 December 2008 when she signed the consent form prior to the exam.
- She claims she was not allowed to give a statement to the police because the doctors had “hours of tests” to do. The time of discharge shows 30 December 2008 at 0630.
- She doesn’t know how long she was “unconscienous on the floor before calling 911. The bar code on the exam forms show a DOS of 12/29/08. So she got to the hospital sometime before midnight. The rape exam didn’t commence until sometime after 0400 the next morning.
- The diagnosis and instruction sheet was prepared at 0356 in the morning of 30 December 2008
But our questions and others have been about the extent of the “injuries” and whether or not she “enhanced” the visual impact using makeup or other means before her “friends” took photos which were rushed onto the internet.
Remember, Shawna claims she was cold cocked with a baseball bat or something similar and beat with the same instrument. Let’s see what the examination reveals.
- FINAL DIAGNOSIS Closed Head Injury (CHI) Minor
- ADDITIONAL DIAGNOSIS Cervical Strain (whiplash), Multiple Contusions, Sexual Assault – Alleged, observation or examination
For this “vicious” attack, what meds was she prescribed? I remember seeing on one of the discussions, someone who claimed they knew her and that she had a substance abuse problem. Well, Forde hit gold here.
- XANAX 15 tabs
- Ibuprofen 800 mg ( for the headaches)
- Acetaminophen-Oxycodone Hydrochloride 325-5mg 15/2
Partee time!!!!
So injuries were relatively minor apparently, not the “vicious” attack as her supporters would have you believe. But read the report and make up your own minds.
Other discrepancies come to mind.
The Exam form is a nine (9) page form. Shown is only pages 1 and 9. What is missing from the other 7 pages?
It doesn’t really matter. Women who are victims of sexual assault usually don’t reveal the assault, much less post photos, go on a radio program heard by perhaps a dozen people around the country unless they are taking advantage of the incident for personal gain.
As Forde stated on the internet radio broadcast when asked why she put this out before the public
Jim Gilchrist thought it was essential that we get the word out
Bizarre, to say the least.
I think my readers would be interested in seeing the police report if there is one. I know I would.
