This breaking piece in the case of Minuteman child killer Shawna Forde, currently residing in the Pima County Jail waiting to answer charges in the brutal murders of 9 year old Brisenia Flores and her father Raul.
According to the JFSF website,, which supports and defends the actions of Forde and her co-defendants, Forde has filed a 7 page complaint with the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), an organization much maligned by the right wingers, until they need their services.
According to JFSF;
“Massive Civil Rights Violations” are cited in the 7 page document from the pre-trial detainee. Forde says Sheriff Dupnik practices White Racial Profiling (WRP) in the Pima County Jail, and is in violation of the Civil Rights Act, Titles III and VI, as well as all her Constitutional rights. Forde filed a complaint with the ACLU as a last resort, after her numerous grievances to jail administration fell on deaf ears, blind eyes, and dim wits.
Typical blonde! She still believes it is her right to go around murdering children in order to pursue her dream of an America without Mexicans.
I would wonder if anyone has thought of the Civil Rights, and the right to life, that Brisenia Flores had, and which Shawna Forde stole from her, with two well aimed bullets to the face of this child.
UPDATE ON THE CASE
Judge John Leonardo had all of the attorneys involved in the Arivaca double homicide case in his courtroom on May 10 for a case update. Things seem to be moving steadily forward at this point.
The attorneys informed the judge witnesses will begin to be interviewed next week. Three Colorado witnesses are scheduled to be questioned June 28. These witnesses are the Colorado Minutemen who Forde tried to enlist in her Arivaca home invasion scheme and who allegedly reported her to the FBI
As usual, cowardly Shawna Forde opted out of making an appearance in the courtroom, choosing instead to remain in her cell. Jason Bush, also waived his court presence, making Albert Gaxiola the only defendant to personally attend the hearing.
Forde’s attorney, Eric Larsen, told Leonardo they are still receiving new reports from the lead detective on the case.
