Shawna Forde talked about “Gunfight at the Arivaca Corral”

More details are emerging about the testimony of key witness Oin Oakstar in the brutal murders of Raul Flores and 9 year old Brisenia Flores, now certainly committed by Shawna Forde and her confederates, Albert Gaxiola and Jason Eugene Bush.

The details are contained in dozens of pages of court papers filed Feb. 9 in Pima County Superior Court and recounted in detail by our friend Scott North of the Everett Herald

Gaxiola’s attorneys went into court on that date to ask Judge Leonardo to reconsider a December ruling that cleared the way for prosecutors to seek the death penalty for the three.

They say Gaxiola’s case must be considered separately because he wasn’t in the home at the time of the killings, and “is clearly and unequivocally in a separate and distinct situation than are Shawna Forde and Jason Bush.”

Oakstar was arrested within hours of the Flores killings after people in Arivaca directed suspicion his way.

In a Sept. 25 statement to prosecutors, Oakstar said his arrest came as he was walking home from a post-raid meeting in Gaxiola’s house with Forde and Bush. He said he gave Bush pain pills and was nervous because Bush kept one of his hands hidden under a blanket.

Oakstar said he had only just met the pair, but at Gaxiola’s urging had earlier driven them past the Flores home on a scouting trip.

Oakstar reportedly told police there had been some talk about using force to eliminate Raul Flores as a threat during the holdup, including use of a sniper, but there was no plan to harm the man’s family.

In court papers, Gaxiola’s lawyers argued that the Oakstar statement suggests what happened to the Flores family was not of Gaxiola’s making and he should not be at risk of death for alleged actions by Bush and Forde.

Oakstar told prosecutors that first Bush, then Forde, recounted what happened during the raid:

“I was standing in the doorway of the bedroom when she came in and I kinda put my back to the wall ‘cause I was still keeping an eye on Jason’s hand that he had under the blanket. And she came around and was standing to my right and she started to explain that things had gone to shit, that it didn’t work out, that, um, they had gotten in a shoot out, and that Junior (Raul Flores) was dead, that his daughter was dead, but his wife was still alive.”

Oakstar said he told Forde and Bush that they had “messed up,” that “you can’t shoot women and kids.” He said Forde and Bush told him “it just happened that way.”

According to court papers, Raul Flores was shot a total of six times; with bullets striking his head, chest and right arm. Brisenia Flores was shot twice in the face, including one shot fired so close the gun’s barrel touched her cheek.

AND FROM THE LUNATIC FRINGE

Roberta Dills aka “Laine Lawless” continues to put her fantasies about Shawna Forde online in an effort to gain support for this murdering bitch. And if there is the slightest hint of the truth to the following, which we doubt, the treatment that Forde is allegedly receiving while incarcerated, is entirely attributable to Dill’s effort to gain sympathy and support for her.

Here’s the first of three ludicrous contentions.

1. Why is Shawna still in jail?
2. Why is she being subjected to repeated violations of her rights?
3. Why has Larsen allowed his client to be repeatedly stripped NAKED, subjected to extreme humiliation by MALE guards, denied adequate medical attention, and tortured by 9 MONTHS of solitary confinement?

1. Because she murdered a 9 year old child and her father and shot the mother, and would have killed the other daughter had she not been staying with her grandmother?

2. See number one and she is certainly being granted more rights than Brisenia and Raul were granted.

3. This probably only occurs in Roberta Dills nighttime fantasies. Although they strip search them when they return from court or visits. Such is the life of an inmate charged with murder. Since she just returned from a cushy stay in the infirmary, the denial of medical attention is a ruse.

Roberta Dill’s then makes this post as if it is coming from the mouth of Shawna Forde. Maybe it is and maybe it isn’t. Forde has already shown her stupidity in so many ways.

After a frustrating and fruitless 9 month attempt to get the jail to give her her civil rights, and adequate medical attention, Shawna Forde fired a broadside at Sheriff Clarence Dupnik, Dungeon Master of Pima County Jail. On February 18, she was taken out of the infirmary and told she was going to be given AS1 status, meaning she could get hot water (so that she could treat her injured arm with hot compresses), and experience the federally-mandated 30 minutes a day of outside yard time.

Instead Shawna ended up in H Pod, known as “the hole,” where she has been kept for almost all of her time in the jail. Dupnik reserves H Pod for prisoners with problems. Dupnik has had all the cell windows blacked out for further physical punishment. This is extreme sensory deprivation. Shawna, a model inmate, was promised a better, less restrictive status and then was thrown in “the hole.” This is psychological abuse by mind control manipulators.

After just 2 days in H pod, Shawna was written up twice for talking to other detainees. She counseled an inmate who was on the verge of being put on suicide watch, convincing her to resist repeated attempts by staff to make her act out. Shawna is now back in the infirmary, and she has been “stripped,” meaning she is naked 24 hours a day in her cell. Everything has been taken away from her, including writing materials and her reading glasses, Without the ability to read and write, and to access the law library, Shawna is unable to participate in her own defense. Shawna is cut off from everything but the concrete floor and the bare metal bed frame. She has no communication with the outside world.

Lt. Meister, who put her in there, attempted to further terrorize Shawna by telling her he was in charge of her and that medical staff would not be allowed to intervene, whether she became ill, was beaten, or even if she was on the verge of death. Dupnik prefers to keep female inmates naked for 12 brutal days, hot or cold. Lt. Meister told Shawna that she would remain stripped naked indefinitely. Who the hell gave Meister the authority to treat any inmate with such contempt and degradation? Shawna is still in solitary confinement and is forbidden to talk to anyone other than the COs. Dupnik’s Dungeon has got to be the first torture chamber in a county jail reserved exclusively for American women.

The Pima County Sheriff’s Department claims it has a “philosphy:” It is the philosophy of the Pima County Sheriff’s Department to maintain a detention facility that is not only humane and pro-active in its approach toward inmates, but also be an employer that has pride in our most important resource, our employees. Dupnik lies!

Shawna is not convicted of any crime; she is in Dupnik’s Dungeon because her credit card limit does not cover $1,000,000 for excessive bail.
Character assassinated by Dupnik, false arrested, indicted without probable cause, this flimsy case is an uphill battle for the legal defense. Can Shawna’s attorneys, Jill Thorpe and Eric Larsen, recognize that the issue is racial profiling, and Shawna’s only offense is being “blonde on the border?”

Again, her other offenses are numerous, including capital murder of a 9 year old child. What part of that don’t you get, you dizzy dyke?

But according to Pima County Inmate Lookup, Forde remains in the Infirmary, Room 10. Could this be further proof of Dills overactive imagination and problems with reality?

And then of course, on this other silly site Dills established for her “friend”, the paranoia and separation from reality is really evident.

Continuing to show the world that they really are “know nothings” and full of themselves, Dill’s posted this supposed interview with Forde, talking about border security. Imagine that!

Terrorism Predictions

Q: CIA Chief Leon Panetta has said there will be a terrorist attack in the U.S. in the next 3-6 months.Shawna, where do you think it will come from?

A: It won’t come from the border! Napolitano, DHS, and the Border Patrol know that radioactive materials have already been brought in by drug mules inside of drug packs. Some of the mules were taking marijuana out, rolling joints, smoking them, and then dying because the radiation was so intense. They come in, drop their packs into a well, and then someone else takes them the rest of the way into the interior.

The next terrorist attacks will come from within the U.S., as the terrorist cells and the materials are already here. Semi-trucks are going to be used to deliver some of the attacks, and the targets will be strategically spread out all over the U.S. They will be anywhere large numbers of people congregate, such as shopping malls, sports events, etc. It is likely that in the shopping malls gunmen will enter and shoot everyone in sight.

One thing people don’t realize is that drug cartel violence or terroristic activities are not just occurring in places like Mexico; this violence is here in America right now. Americans go to Mexico to perform cartel hits, just as Mexicans come here to do the same. In some cases, the cartels use native-born Americans to perform their executions here in the United States. So not only do we have to be concerned about the enemy south of the border, we need to look at the enemies within.

2010 will be a challenging year, and it will get worse before it will get better.

Perhaps Dills is assisting Forde in preparing for an insanity defense. These claims are certainly insane enough.
