Shawna Fordes “rape claim” a hoax, an effort to get State aid

Wounds courtesy of Max Factor and Covergirl cosmetics, showcased Shawna Fordes attempt to gain sympathy and to place the blame on Mexicans.

Most of us remember the supposed “rape” that brought Shawna Forde into the public eye. The “rape” that wasn’t. The “rape” that Immigration Clearinghouse immediately questioned as suspect based on the phony photos of her injuries?

Police found evidence that made them skeptical as soon as they began investigating the supposed rape.

Summoned by a halting 911 call, officers found Shawna Forde curled up on the kitchen floor of her ex-husband’s north Everett home. She was partially nude. The blue sweatpants she’d been wearing were wadded up and tossed atop the number 13, which somebody had scrawled on the floor with felt-tipped marker, according to police reports.

Officers immediately noted details that didn’t fit Forde’s claim of a violent attack.

Neighbors living downstairs in the duplex hadn’t heard a struggle.

The rest of the home was neat and orderly.

Forde’s purse sat undisturbed on a table near the door, her wallet, cell phone and car keys inside.

When they tried to question Forde, 41, she appeared so groggy that one officer wrote that she may have been on drugs. Her eyelids fluttered as she seemed to slip in and out of consciousness.

But as she was wheeled out the door on a stretcher, Forde told crews to stop so she could grab her purse.

“I thought that it would require that she be fairly alert to grab hold of the purse as she passed quickly through the entry way,” officer Brandon Gill wrote.

Another officer noticed the superficial cuts on Forde’s forearms and thighs — wounds she would later tell detectives came from the knife used by her attackers.

The shallow cuts were consistent with “hesitation wounds,” often seen when people deliberately hurt themselves, the officer wrote. Moreover, they already were scabbed over, and appeared to be at least a day old, according to police reports. _{Scott North Everett Herald}

Within literally hours of the attack, when most victims of rape would be seeking the solace of family or retreating to make sense of the crime, Forde was calling The Everett Herald to ask if a story was planned on her attack. The newspaper was asked by detectives to wait before writing a story, giving them time to sort out what was going on.

When Forde was told that a story would not be coming immediately, she decided to publish on her group’s Web site intimate details about her rape report, including photographs of what she said were her injuries and part of a medical report.

Forde did this before giving police a formal interview about the attack, something rape victims are normally asked to do. The detectives assigned to investigate wrote that she didn’t return phone calls and failed to keep appointments.

She didn’t meet with a police artist to help with a sketch until Jan. 7. Her interview with detectives didn’t occur until Jan. 13.

And perhaps the telling event shows the motive for this false claim of rape. According to our friend Scott North, who viewed the reports of this case, one of the last entries on the detectives notes was that Forde had attempted to qualify for state aid after the attack, but was denied after officials reviewed her medical records.

And as we know, shortly after this incident, the phony gunshot wound in an alley close to her home, where she was allegedly shot in the arm by unnamed assailants, coming home from a skid row bar. Not the behavior of a rape victim.

Over at the justiceforshawnaforde web site it is stated “They have no evidence against her—no fingerprints, no DNA. My client was not on the scene. She has an alibi which will be revealed at trial.”

Uh really ? Don't those who are being charged with a crime give the law officials their alibi's in order to keep them out of jail ? They don't wait for a trial, I know I wouldn't. If I had a real alibi I would want the police to know it right away so I would not have to stay in jail.

I sure hope that folks can read this stuff and see the lies and corruption between Roberta Dill and Shawna Forde !

Roberta re-edited the audio of Shawna speaking about being in solitary confinement, She removed the part whre Shawna called the CO at the jail some pretty harsh words. Hmmm wonder why that was done ? I'll tell you why, it showed the real Shawna that's why !

I remember just after I adopted Shawna out, i was gone overnight just up around the corner from where I lived and when I went back home I found my place completely emptied out. They must have been interupted because the only thing left to me was what little I had in my bedroom. It is a very eerie feeling to know someone had been in my home while I was gone. That made me feel violated. I was too afraid to stay there and packed up my stuff I had left and moved. I could never have slept again in that place. That did not even include a rape but it felt pretty close to some of the feelings you have with rape. I understand what you are saying but Me and many hundreds of other women feel the same about going back to the place of the crime and staying there. Gina Flores has not gone back to where she lived because of what happened there and I totally get that. I wouldn't either because you would be reliving the crime against you over and over every night you spent under that roof. Shawna claimed it was M13/ The mexican Drug Cartel that did these things as well as laying blame to her own son. The police said if it had been the two groups John would have been dead, and so would have Shawna been dead on the first try. M13 does not leave circles with their number 13 in it for eveidence. When those people set out to kill they do it and leave nothing behind. Each incidence she refused to call the police and when they are called in you don't give out several different stories if you want to be believed. Well you see, Metzger, here is the real difference between you and me. You are the high and mighty, self righteous one, judging my "poddy" mouth, while you pass across the board judgments about how a woman "should" react to being brutalized. I speak from personal experience to specific statements you made. Get off your high horse and accept the fact that you don't know it all!

Boy you really got a hard on for me don't you ? You sit there and call me names and your doing the very same thing, so who are you to call the pot kettle black lady ? I personally do not really care what you think about me as I am not I repeat am not trying to impress anyone.

I make my opinion and thats all it is is an opinion about my sisters supposed rape, there are way to many things that give me the impression that it is or was faked. Let me tell you something lady My girlfriend whom I love very dearly was raped she says no woman would do what Shawna did. And let me tell you this ! Shawna was laughing about it all the day after on the phone with me as if nothing had really happened. I was scared shitless for my sister, I was truly worried until I went to get my niece, I then left with a whole different opinion.

You were not there, you do not know Shawna, and you probably have not done any research on the issue either so before you go calling people names and pointing fingers why don't you do your home work then come talk to me about it. Until then shut the hell up !

I don't know Shawna. I don't know if she is guilty or innocent. I don't know whether she lies or not. That is not the issue I am addressing. I have been brutalized by know it all condescending men who think that all women are alike. I take personal offense to Metzger's condescending holier than thou know it all attitude. It really makes no difference how many girlfriends he may have who have had the same experience. If he cared to investigate further, he would learn that it is very common for a woman to refuse to speak up at all after being beaten/raped/etc… or delay the response, due to the shame of it, or guilt, or whatever their personal reaction may be.. even to the point of attempting to hide the evidence with makeup. I can relate to a woman's concern for her animals, and wanting to just hunker down in familiar surroundings with her pets, and pretend it never happened. We all have our areas of dysfunctions, our strengths and weaknesses, and just because someone reacts differently than most to an experience, does not invalidate the experience.

I know Shawna she is my sister and I know how she reacted and the things she did after the fact so you sit there in your high and mighty chair and judge others when you do not even know the person and you judge me ! That's fine ! You have the right to your own opinion, but it all comes back to the same thing I know my sister and you do not. sandra, I read your response. I have to say somthing on that. It is true that every woman reacts different to what is done to her and especially if she has been abused. But the reason we have our doubts about her rape is because the hospital did a rape kit on her and it turned up nothing, nada, zilch, nil! There was no bruising, no tears, no blood in her vagina or her rectum. My Dr. said if she had been rapped with a baseball bat she would have been badly damaged in her rectom. She told me clearly she had been brutalized in that particular area. Merrill's girlfriend was a rape victim 10 yrs ago so he understands more than you give him credit for. yes, sometimes he gets upset and rushes on in his speach but we all do that at times. It is true, no man on earth can truely understand what it feels like to be rapped unless he has been rapped by other men. But a man can be loving, tender, understang, patient and gentle to the woman that has been rapped and that he loves. They are not all brutes. I am sorry that you have been a victim of rape, ( I assume you have, but I could be wrong and if I am I apologize . I was rapped many times as a child and a couple of times as an adult. That is why it took me so long to get over and deal with my problems and had a lot to do with my giving up Shawna and her brother. And yes, you can heal and lead a fairly normal life. But because of Shawnas history of terrific lies she has told and what the police told me I also find it hard to believe it happened. Do you know her personally? Some men do not secrete so that is not a valid thing for me. It was all the other symptoms or lack of them that made me disbelieve her. We really do know her well.

Yes and let me say this my Girlfriend was raped 10 years ago and still today she has issues with it. And at times has been difficult for me too but I love the woman with all my heart and I feel very badly that she was raped so I try to deal with the issues as best as I can. The first and most important is to be understanding. And as far as my sister Shawna goes ? I understand her too very well !

There are some things I can make clear for you.

Shawna was known by her family to cut herself. Her sisters and brothers knew of it and I recently learned of it.

Shawna is also a cosmotologist and knows how to work very well with makeup. She was extremely good in that area. She wasted her talent.

Shawna also told me when she played a tape of a radio talk show after her raping ( Ha) and being shot, that she couldn't understand why women were giving her such a hard time for being in her house after John was shot. We had a long conversation about it. I told her, in essence, that I had agreed with those women because nothing would have put me in that house alone after John got shot. She said, " I have animals that have to be taken care of" But those animals could have stayed with some of her 'good friends' while these things were going on. But Shawna never sounded worried about being there. There was no fear in her voice. Shawna claims she only spent a few hours a year seeing/talking to me. Her phone records prove otherwise. Sometimes she would call me 3-4 times a day and then sometimes there would be stretches of a few weeks.

She brought friends to our house and stayed here with them. We have had many, many visits with her and gone and did things with her. One time when she was here one of her sisters was here for a visit also. There was three grandsons, one son, two daughters here at the same time. On that occasion Shawna and her sister attacked their dad ( she called her steofather dad ) and they colored his hair with spray stuff, ratted it and punked him up and it was so funny. We had a wonderful time. There were many times like that. They were very normal parent-child occasions. I miss them. And I know I will never have them again with her.

This daughter now has told everyone that I am a monster, have abused her as a child and neglected her as a child and I didn't. True, I had serious problems when she was very little and was pressured by my brother to give him the kids and I caved. I have many times regretted doing that. But Shawna was a normal, well fed, clean, loved baby. I really thought giving her to two parents was better than I could give her at that time. But she has taken the love extended to her by me and her brothers and sisters and trampled on it. She has done it consistently through the years since she came back into my life. I have had to pay dearly for trying to do what I thought was the right thing at that time. I don't approve of what she has done and I have not forgiven her for robbing my close friends as she has not asked for it. But I could if she did. For the murders she has to pay for that crime and I have to go through the grieving process again as I did when her brother died from a long term cancer.

Shawna did call me that evening before the rape happened. I can't go into what she said as I am considered a witness for that whole case up there. But She did get shot, only we her family think she had her boyfriend at the time shoot her because she wanted to look like a victim instead of number one suspect in her husbands shooting. I can't talk about that either because I am a witness in that one too. But one thing I can say is that she said she was raped in her rectom with a baseball bat. Now you and I know she would have spent hours in surgery if that had happened because rape is not gentle nor kind. My doctor said there would have been major damage done to her. And rape victims do not call the newspaper to ask if a story was going to be done. Scott North of the Everett Herald has done nothing more than print the truth about Shawna. Shawna herself asked me to talk to him and so I did. There are many things that have not come out about that story but as soon as the Everett Police act on it and do something and the person/s involved are behind bars then I can tell all. Now Shawna is having her family attacked to try to have us not testify against her. we are in danger because of Laine Lawless and her lying mouth and other things. They want to see us attacked physically. I have news for her, I don't back down. I will testify.

You are also obviously an arrogant know it all. What the FUCK do you know about how a woman “should” behave after being brutalized? You think all women are alike? You think every individual on this planet reacts the same way to trauma? Who the FUCK do you think you are???? God??? Let me tell you, you OBNOXIOUS puffed up little punk…you know NOTHING!!! ..about how a woman might react to being raped/sodomized/beaten/etc. Every individual’s experience is different in this world, and some women are more hardened than others by their life’s experiences, and therefore more able to survive trauma without falling apart, as you seem to expect is “normal” for all women. I can tell you from my personal experience and from the experiences of other women I know, that you are full of SHIT!!!

Well Sandra if that is who you really are ! I may have mispelled a few words but let me say at least my mouth does not spill trash talk from my lips like you do. I would rather spell every single word than to have a mouth that runs trash from it’s lips.
Let me tell you something little miss perfect ! My fiance was raped over ten years ago and when she heard that Shawna still stayed in that house that she was nuts for it and only asking for more. If you really are Sandra which I think you are not and that you really are Roberta Dill I would go wash my mouth out with some soap and come down to reality. I have talked with a couple of women who have been raped and they also say the same thing that I said in my post.
One thing I am not trying to do is impress anyone but I can say that if you and I were in a speaking contest you would of lost in your first sentence.
If your not Roberta Dill and really are Sandra then I suggest you go get some help for your head because it is falling off and you need some serious help ! I`ll just bet that it will not be too hard to find out who you really are. See you att the trial !

Well let me clear a few things up here. The rape : Shawna had called her mother the night of the rape, she told her mother that someone had been circling the house up the street and down the alley and had done this several times. Her mom told her to hang up and call the police and Shawna said "what are they going to do " . Later that night we got a phone call that she had been raped. She called me after the rape, she told me she was going to stay in the house that we had nothing to worry about which I thought was kind of strange. I thought to myself isn't this so unnormal of a rape victum.

I later learned that not only Shawna was at the house but so was her daughter and I did not like that at all so I told Shawna that I was coming to get her daughter and bring her here with me as I have had custody of of her several times in the past.

I and my son went there to get her, when we got there we were armed heavily as I was worried that someone might come back and I would of killed anyone trying to harm my family. The first night there while my son and I were in a motel room we talked about what we seen and noticed. We both noticed that the bruises were doctored with makeup while we were there that day Shawna had a boy friend there who she claimed was also a member of her group. I asked Shawna about the article in the paper as I wanted to see the drawing of the perp. Shawna made the statement that it looked a lot like me and they were laughing at that and I said "Actually it looks like you" the guy that was there with Shawna and all of a sudden you could hear a pin drop it got so quiet.

When we got back to my home with her daughter my niece I called the Everett Police and told them that that face in the drawing looked a lot like the guy that was and is with Shawna. The police never did a thing. Shawnas husband even picked him out of a photo line up but because his mommy says he was at a casino they have done nothing. It seems that mommy is lying for her boy.

No it is not indicative for a person especially women to do what Shawna did after her rape. No woman would stay in the same house where her husband was shot and her raped. I don't buy it. Not to mention the amount of makeup that was on the bruises made us not believe it. Oh then there is the rape kit done at the hospital. It came back inconclusive meaning there was nothing there that fit a rape. Shawna claimed they sodomized her but the kit say's no sorry did not happen.
