Still no information on suspects in Border Patrol Agents Death – Tancredo uses opportunity to bash Napolitano with lies!

Four days after the murder of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry near Rio Rico Arizona, authorities have still not released any information on the 4 suspects allegedly in custody. But that hasn’t kept nativist Mexican basher Tom Tancredo from using the agents death for his own nefarious means.

In a recent column in World Net Daily, one would think Tancredo has all the information that the Feds are not releasing:

Of the eight attackers, four are in custody and a fifth is under surveillance by Border Patrol Blackhawk helicopters as he tries to make his way back to the Mexican border.

So to instill fear and rage into his know nothing followers, Tancredo has doubled the number of suspects and alleges a CBP Blackhawk has the fifth suspect under surveillance?

Tancredo goes on to make the ludicrous claim:

Here’s the part Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano and Border Patrol management are trying to hide: Border Patrol Agent Terry and the BORTAC team were under standing orders to always use (“non-lethal”) bean-bag rounds first before using live ammunition. When the smugglers heard the first rounds, they returned fire with real bullets, and Agent Terry was killed in that exchange. Real bullets outperform bean bags every time.

Anyone really believe this lying moron? (The uber stupids at ALIPAC and BPAUX seem to) Beanbag guns are for riot control and not used by agents in the field, especially an elite unit such as Terry belonged to.

Tancredo goes on with his misinformed opinion that;

The BORTAC team encountered not one or two smugglers but a team of eight. Four are in custody, one is under surveillance in the rugged terrain of the Pajarita Wilderness area east of the small ranch town of Ruby, and three others are missing. The captured smugglers had AK-47s and backpacks filled with ammunition, food and radios. There are rumors that three of the captured four are members of the Mexican military, but that is unconfirmed. Yet, it would not be the first time Mexican police and military have been apprehended smuggling drugs into the United States.

So let’s get this straight. The Feds are not releasing information, but Tancredo knows this to be factual? And again, if one is under surveillance, One would be in custody, not under surveillance. And notice Tancredo takes the opportunity to insinuate that the Mexican military is involved? Yeah, right!

He goes on to relate another unconfirmed rumor used by the border sheriffs to scheme money out of Washington and enrage the nativists amongst us, but in doing so, he proves that the alleged lookouts are not illegals, but American citizens working for the cartels, if his allegations are correct.

It is not widely reported by our news media that the smugglers maintain a dozen or more permanent lookout posts on desert hilltops inside the U.S., and that those lookout posts are manned in week-long shifts by individuals who commute not from Mexico but from Phoenix, Tucson and other Arizona cities.

And finally, he offers advice to Secretary Napolitano, further proving he knows absolutely nothing about what his nasty mouth spasms.

Secretary Napolitano should do two things on Monday morning. First, she should order all Border Patrol agents to be issued weapons adequate for both self-defense and apprehension of armed drug smugglers. The second thing she should do Monday morning is resign.

Perhaps Tancredo, Corsi, and others who publish this crap should first read this excellent expose’ of the Border Patrol by Monica Alonzo and this just go away back to the rock they crawled out from under. The Border Patrol is well armed with weapons equal to whatever they might encounter in performance of their duties. Fortunately, we’ll never see the “Shoot First, Ask Questions Later” rules of engagement, idiots like Tancredo would like to see. We’ll leave that for now for the border vigilantes reliving their glory days skulking around the border hunting Mexicans.

World Net Daily is a well known conspiracy website dedicated to Obama bashing, and treasonous content against the United States government and it’s duly elected officials. It also pushes the ludicrous idea of a North American Union and dissolution of our nations borders.
