Border Patrol agent’s rape trial begins
A U.S. Border Patrol agent is on trial this week, accused of raping another agent. His defense attorney told jurors Tuesday that the charges stem from the alleged victim telling a lie she couldn’t get out of.
The alleged victim had four beers and decided to spend the night at a fellow agent’s house rather than drive home, Eazer said. Dick sent his girlfriend home and went to the same agent’s house, where he shared a 12-pack of beer with the agent whose house they were at, she said.
