In another blow to incarcerated Minuteman child killer Shawna Forde, the ACLU has rejected her recent complaint making various and sundry allegations against Sheriff Clarence Dupnik and the Pima County jail corrections staff. Forde had claimed she was a victim of “Massive Civil Rights Violations”as well as accusing Sheriff Dupnik of practicing White Racial Profiling
