Possible defense strategies revealed for Minuteman Shawna Forde’s Trial

Before Forde defense attorney Eric Larsen left on vacation, he filed some documents in Pima County Superior Court outlining his defense strategy in the upcoming trial of Minuteman Shawna Forde, accused mastermind in the murder of 9 year old Brisenia Flores and her father Raul.

This move was required under the Arizona Rules of Criminal Procedure.

The prosecutions theory is that Forde needed money for her little border vigilante group, MINUTEMAN AMERICAN DEFENSE, so she enlisted the aid of Jason Bush and Albert Gaxiola to rip off Raul “Jr.” Flores, a purported drug dealer.

Forde discussed this with others who are expected to testify for the prosecution, including two Colorado Minutemen and the star of the show, Oin Oakstar, who was supposed to be the fourth person but got too drunk and forgot to show up for the party.

Minuteman child killer Shawna Forde is the victim of a vast left wing federal-government conspiracy to crush the Minuteman and vigilante militia movement, Laine Lawless said on a Web radio show Monday night.

Laine Lawless, founder of justiceforshawnaforde.com, tries to justify on a show called Truth Brigade Radio, why she came to defend Forde, whom she first met May 30, the day of the murders.

Lawless used the OKC bombings, which she claims was perpetrated by the government as reasoning for Forde’s arrest, that being to break the back of the Minutmen and militia movements. In doing so, she linked the two as one.

Minuteman Chuck Stonex, confidant of Minuteman child murderer is breaking his silence somewhat on events and people surrounding the murder of 9 yo Brisenia Flores and her father Raul, according to new information published by Scott North of the Everett Herald

Chuck Stonex now says he wasn’t alone when he went to provide medical assistance to the man in Arivaca, Ariz.

He claims he was accompanied by Mexican flag-burnin’ nativist Laine Lawless who observed his tending to Jason “Gunny” Bush’s bullet wound, and later made girl talk with killer Shawna Forde. This all happened within hours of the home invasion that resulted in the deaths of Brisenia and Raul.

Stephen Lemmons, the “Feathered Bastard” at Phoenix New Times, did a revealing expose’ of Lawless in 2007 titled Burn Baby Burn!

Stonex said it’s time for Lawless to publicly acknowledge that she met with Forde, 41, and co-defendant Jason Eugene Bush, 35, within hours of the killings. The meeting occurred at an Arivaca house that Stonex said he now believes was the home of Albert Gaxiola, the third defendant in the murder case.

FordeWhile I’ve been on sabbatical in the wilds of Wisconsin this week, the Everett Herald reveals that jailed Minuteman child killer Shawna Forde, had a “plan” or list of contacts to be notified should she disappear.

Names on the list include

  1. Jim Gilchrist of the Minuteman Project and close supporter of Forde
  2. Jason Eugene “Gunny” Bush, one of the shooters and Forde’s director of operations
  3. Chuck Stonex, associate and confidant of Forde who is backpedaling and deep in denial trying  to keep from being charged in the murders
  4. Gary Stevenson of Bandon, Ore, who was supposed to form a “coastal defense group” under Forde’s direction
  5. Jim Carter, of  Tennessee, who claims to be a State Director of a Minuteman group in Tennessee
  6. Mike Christie of Arizona. who worked for American Border Patrol in Sierra Vista, Ariz. (Glenn Spencer’s group)

Between the denials posted on their website on 13 June until now, they still can’t seem to find what works.
