DOJ has indicted Piekarsky and Donchak for Hate Crime Murder of Luis Ramirez in Shenandoah Pennsylvania last year. Also charged were members of the Shenandoah Police Department on charges of covering up the crime and corruption. As many may remember, Kuis Ramirez was kicked in the head by these two and died of his injuries.
