The fringe anti-immigration group ALIPAC is back at it this week. Their President, William Gheen, went on Fox News recently to claim that the Dream Act was a “political teddy bear with a hand grenade in it.” Wow. As usual, extreme groups are making extreme statements with little basis in reality. The truly alarming part, however, was news today that ALIPAC sent out an email asking its supporters to lie about being constituents when calling up Congressmen who are on the group’s House target list – see their “new tip,” bolded below: Please start your calls today by calling the 10 listed as “Voting No” and say… “I want to thank Congressman _______ for voting No on the Dream Act Amnesty which would MORE
President of ALIPAC and race baiter William Gheen appeared on Fox and Friends this morning, giving him a platform to spew his hateful rhetoric and lies about President Obama and the Democratic political machinery intention to help illegal aliens vote today in order to limit their losses at the polls! What a moron! And Media Matters for America is reporting that for the past several months, Fox News has hyped GOP accusations of voter fraud, no matter how little evidence exists to support them, and Bret Baier has promised that Fox will cover voter fraud allegations “in every show.” But Fox has failed to report on, or has dismissed and distorted, numerous accusations of voter fraud or intimidation carried out MORE
BULLSHIT!!! The May Day rallies that drew an estimated 500,000 people to the streets of America demonstrating for immigration reform and protesting against the draconian SB-1070 that would turn Arizona into a police, went down peacefully yesterday with very few exceptions. Fox News has been reporting this fact all day today. ALIPAC’s William Gheen, hugely marginalized after his debacle on April 17th where he made bogus claims against Senator Lindsey Graham, couldn’t sit by and be exposed once again, for the lying jackass he’s shown himself to be. Ya’ll remember Gheens hysterical press release he sent out on April 28, just two days prior to the May Day rallies? Here’s an excerpt;
In an interview with Geraldo Rivera this weekend, Actor and conservative activist Chuck Norris conceded that most undocumented immigrants are “good and law abiding” and even proposed a three-step plan for providing them with a path to legalization. Norris went as far to suggest that friend and political idol, Gov. Mike Huckabee (R-AR), might support his proposal. A snippet of the interview: NORRIS: A lot of my [KickStart] students parents were or are illegal immigrants. But they’re making a living here and they’re law-abiding citizens. And my solution to it is give them a work-permit for two years, and for two years — if they maintain their law-abiding status — then give them a permanent worker permit. And in three years MORE
