The Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) is out with their new Year in Hate and Extremism 2010 review and it’s an eyeopener for most although not so much for those of us that follow these nativist hate groups. It ought to make William Gheen, President of the nativist extremist group Americans for Legal Immigration (ALIPAC) proud that he made the top of the list for groups in North Carolina alongside his buddies from NC FIRE. And we’d put the question out to all of his donors, past, present and future, “Do you really want your names associated with a recognized hate group?” Something to think about as Mr. Gheen is frantically trying to reach his fundraising goal with the days MORE

This my friends, is ALIPAC and the racism tied to it’s President William Gheen who allows his supporters to post racist trash such as this with his tacit approval. This was posted by one of his “donors” who calls himself “AIRBORNE SAPper“ from Florida. Enjoy and let us know what you think. It was in a thread having to do with passage of the DREAM ACT tonight, which has all their little panties in a wad. The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals rejected arguments by nativist Sen. Russell Pearce, R-Mesa, that he has a “unique perspective” on SB 1070. Pearce, through his attorneys, said he wants a chance to convince the appellate judges that all provisions of the law are legal. Pearce wants to try to convince the appellate court that U.S. District Judge Susan Bolton, whom he calls “an activist judge looking for an appointment to the 9th Circuit,” was wrong when she enjoined the state from enforcing most of the key provisions of the draconian law. The accused ringleader and triggerman in the May 30 double murder in Arivaca are linked to white supremacist groups, police and family members said. Accused ringleader Shawna Forde told her family in recent months that she had begun recruiting members of the Aryan Nations and that she planned to begin robbing drug-cartel leaders, her brother Merrill Metzger said Monday in a telephone interview from Redding, Calif. “She was talking about starting a revolution against the United States government,” he said.
