Luis Miguel Salvador Aguila Dominguez/William Gheen

US deports Luis Miguel Salvador Aguila Dominguez aka ALIPAC President William Gheen allegedly shown here struggling as he is put on a Aeromexico flight to D.F.

RALEIGH NC-Acting on anonymous tips from within the Hispanic-American community, U.S. Customs and Border Protection officials on Wednesday deported Luis Miguel Salvador Aguila Dominguez, who for the last 25 years had been living illegally in the United States under the name William Gheen.

According to the Department of Homeland Security, federal agents stormed the undocumented immigrant’s home in an evening raid just hours after the 41-year-old anti-Hispanic crusader suddenly announced another scam to fleece his naive followers of their hard earned cash, and immediately placed him on an Aeromexico flight departing from Raleigh-Durham International Airport.

“Mr. Dominguez did not come quietly, but in the end he came,” said Marcy Whitlock of Immigration and Customs Enforcement, who was injured during the arrest. “He pulled a knife on me, like they will, and swore a bunch in Spanish and spit on us when we finally managed to grab him by the neck of his custom designed leisure suit and throw him against a wall. But the important thing is that he’s now back where he belongs.”

Agent Whitlock recounted that Dominguez/Gheen seemed to particularly enjoy the body cavity search even asking the agent if he was certain he hadn’t missed anything.

Evidence collected by investigators indicates that Dominguez/Gheen, who has long claimed Southern heritage, was actually born in the Mexican state of Puebla to parents of Colombian descent, neither of whom were U.S. citizens. In the summer of his 16th year, he and 14 of his brothers and sisters paid smugglers to let them ride atop packages of cocaine in the cargo hold of a fishing boat bound for Texas under cover of night.

“]Dream Walkers in Arizona with Joe Arpaio

The Dream Walkers after confronting Sheriff Joe: From left, in pink, Carlos Roa, Felipe Matos, Juan Rodriguez (behind Matos), and Gaby Pacheco [Photo PNT

FEATHERED BASTARD

They entered the belly of the beast, and they hugged it out with El Diablo. Literally.

That’s right, the four immigrant students many know simply as the Dream Walkers today ascended the 19th Floor of the Wells Fargo Tower, where Sheriff Joe Arpaio has his executive offices, and met with Maricopa County’s grumpy grandpa of a gendarme.

Three of the students are undocumented, one has legal residence, and there was also present a fifth comrade in arms.

Although Arpaio has made no bones in the past about arresting suspected illegal immigrants and locking them up, he declined to take the human bait offered by the students, famous for trekking by foot from their homes in Miami, Florida to Washington, D.C. earlier this year and confronting ICE agents and sheriffs all along the way.

I am a citizen of the United States and I have a friend that is from Paris, France here on a student visa to finish his degree.

Noureddine Feddane has been here since 2005. His visa is valid until March of 2010, his passport is valid until 2014, and his I-20 is current.

He is not what people call an ‘illegal immigrant.’

In 2008, he fell in love and married a U.S. citizen that just happens to be addicted to prescription medications. Noureddine knew nothing about this. But he was arrested due to her mistakes.

He was placed in detention and scheduled for deportation. My friend has been in detention center in Pompano Beach Florida for 5 months
now. This couple has lost all there savings on lawyers, she lost her job, and they are in the process of losing their home. All this was
caused because ICE has the wrong person in jail.

ice_badassesMike Carter of the Seattle Times reports that the federal government has paid an illegal immigrant $48,000 to settle a lawsuit alleging he was assaulted and illegally arrested by two U.S. Customs and Border Patrol agents while waiting for his 6-year-old son at a bus stop.

The violent and public June 12, 2006, arrest of Isabel Valencia-Perez of Mount Vernon strained relations between the city’s police department and the federal agency. There were enough questions over what had happened that city and Skagit County prosecutors contemplated filing criminal charges against agents Daryl Schermerhorn and Steven Malpezzi, according to documents obtained by The Seattle Times through a public-disclosure request.

The FBI opened a criminal civil-rights investigation, looking into allegations of excessive force and concerns the customs agents set an unreasonably high bail for Valencia-Perez and tried to have him deported as quickly as possible.

Feds to begin immigration detention makeover

By Uncategorized Comments Off

HuttoVigil_Dec.20.08Immigration officials are immediately ending the housing of families at a former prison in central Texas as a first step in transforming immigration detentions from a criminal to a civil system.

The head of Immigration and Customs Enforcement, John Morton, says some families will go to Berks Family Detention Center in Pennsylvania. But he also says decisions about what to do with families will be made on a case-by-case basis.

Morton told reporters Thursday that redesigning immigration detention will take several years but the result will be more accountable and uniform. He says the agency will continue to detain people and do so on a large scale.

That’s right folks! The infamous Hutto Detention Center will be converted into a women’s prison. Hutto is where numerous complaints of detainee abuse and neglect have been surfacing in recent years!

Sort of a win for the good guys!

This is the text of the resolution passed by the Chatham County NC Board of Commissioners, declining participation in the controversial 287(g) program.

These are all valid reasons and completely contrary to what William Gheen of ALIPAC.us is trying convince the voters of NC about.

CHATHAM COUNTY RESOLUTION ON THE
FEDERAL IMMIGRATION AND CUSTOMS ENFORCEMENT (ICE) PROGRAM

Part A – The Resolution

1
CHATHAM COUNTY APPROVED ICE RESOLUTION
WHEREAS the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act (IIRAIRA) added Section 287(g),

performance of immigration officer functions by state officers and employees, to the Immigration and Nationality Act

(INA) and authorizes the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security to enter into agreements with state

and local law enforcement agencies permitting designated officers to perform immigration law enforcement functions

pursuant to a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA); and WHEREAS the enforcement of immigration laws by local law

enforcement officials in cooperation with the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) program has resulted in

abuses in the field of human relations including, but not limited to, racial profiling, conducting raids that instill fears in

the minds and hearts of a portion of the immigrant population, and separating children, who may be American

citizens, from their parents without ensuring proper care; and WHEREAS according to the North Carolina Human

Relations Commission (NCHRC), people in communities that are targeted by ICE are much more reluctant to report

crimes to the sheriff/police departments because of the possible undocumented status of individuals; and WHEREAS

Senate Bill 1523, the North Carolina General Assembly’s 2006 Technical Corrections Bill, permits state and local law

enforcement agencies to give their officers the authority to investigate, arrest, and detain undocumented immigrants;

and

WHEREAS local law enforcement leaders in Chatham County may find themselves in the position of deciding

whether or not to sign a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Department of Homeland Security and ICE to

enforce immigration laws on their behalf; and

2
WHEREAS the Major Cities Chiefs (MCC) association has taken a stand against local law enforcement agencies

contracting with ICE and has delineated a number of significant concerns including, but not limited to, the potential

for undermining the trust and cooperation between law enforcement officers and immigrant communities, the lack of

fiscal resources to support the necessary training of local law enforcement for enforcing federal immigration laws, the

complexity of federal immigration law that results in confusion at the local level and that puts local law enforcement

officers and local governments at higher risk of civil liability, and the lack of local authority and state law limitations of

authority to enforce immigration;

and

WHEREAS Chatham County is home to a diverse population – including people

of color, documented and undocumented immigrants, citizens and non-citizens – whose contributions to the

community are vital to its character and function;

and

WHEREAS the Board of Commissioners is committed to

upholding the civil rights of all persons in Chatham County and to protecting the enjoyment of any and all rights and

privileges secured by the constitutions and laws of the United States, North Carolina, and Chatham County;

NOW

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Commissioners supports local law enforcement in the execution of

their duties in accordance with the constitutions and laws of the United States, North Carolina, and Chatham County.

BE IT ALSO RESOLVED that, in continuing its belief of controlling its own destiny… while proudly preserving diverse

cultural heritages, the Chatham County Board of Commissioners stands in strong opposition to any local

governmental agency contracting with the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) for the purpose of

enforcing federal immigration laws.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution will be forwarded to all Chatham

County law enforcement agencies, locally-elected officials, and to our state and federal legislative delegations on

behalf of the residents of Chatham County.

I think this document speaks for itself and refutes all the ridiculous claims and lies of William Gheen as to why the Resolution should be overturned.

Fortunately, the governing body of Chatham County North Carolina are not intimidated by the lies and fear mongering of the likes of William Gheen and others of his nativist ilk!
