Minuteman Shawna Forde Trial - 4th suspect identified at the 11th hour?

I ought to change the title of this post, and I probably will. The upcoming trial of accused Minuteman child killer got off to an unexpected start Thrusday afternoon during a final status conference before Judge John Leonardo. Defense attorney’s were given FBI documents under discovery that suggested there was information floating around about the alleged 4th man in the murder of 9 year old Brisenia Flore and her father Raul. This having come from one of the FBI informants, (read that Colorado Minutemen) who snitched Forde out to the Feebles.

Minuteman Child Killer Shawna Forde and accomplices arraigned

Shawna Forde, 41, Albert Robert Gaxiola, 42, and Jason Eugene Bush, 34. were arraigned Monday in Pima County Superior Court, on multiple felony counts, including first-degree murder. Pima County hearing officer Roger Duncan entered a plea of not guilty on behalf of all three. They are charges in the killing a 9-year-old Brisenia Flores and her father, Raul, and the wounding of the mother late last month in Arivaca Arizona. In addition to two counts of first-degree murder and one count of attempted first-degree murder, the three are facing burglary, aggravated-assault and robbery charges Prosecutors have until 60 days after the arraignment to announce if they intend to seek the death penalty.
