Eric Larsen, defense attorney for Minuteman Shawna Forde, mastermind in the murder of 9 year old Brisenia Flores, has asked Judge John Leonardo to exclude a number of pieces of evidence from her trial next year.

Larsen is trying to keep the jury from knowing of accusations that Forde burglarized her brother’s home in Redding California after the murder and that she also invaded the home of her mother’s best friend.

Although witnesses and cell phone records put Forde at the scene of those crime as well as codefendent Jason Bush, Larsen points out that Forde’s never been arrested in those cases and claims there’s no direct evidence linking her to those crimes. No direct evidence other than witnesses to the crime.

Ersatz wanted poster of MCDC Founder Chris Simcox, armed and dangerous on the border

Ersatz wanted poster of MCDC Founder Chris Simcox, armed and dangerous on the border

Chris Simcox, went from a loony toons nobody on the Arizona border to the leader of thousands of armed civilian vigilantes as part of the Minuteman movement, confidant of Minuteman child killer Shawna Forde, a U.S. senatorial candidate, and advisor to candidate J.D. Hayworth, all in five years.

Now a fugitive from the law he once claimed to uphold, bounty hunters are looking for him in order to serve an order of protection for his estranged wife as part of a messy divorce case in which he is accused in court records of threatening to kill her, their three children and any police officers who try to protect them.

Documents filed by Fugitive Recovery Services of Arizona, a state-licensed company that tracks bail jumpers, locates fugitives and assists in the recovery of missing assets, said Mr. Simcox, 49, is the subject of an order of protection sought by his wife, Alena Simcox, and signed April 16 by a magistrate in Superior Court in Phoenix.

Jim Gilchrist

Minuteman founder and friend of Minuteman child killer Shawna Forde endorses candidates, but for a price.

So much for integrity and working for what you believe in. POLITICO has discovered that Minuteman founder Jim Gilchrist will endorse a candidate, but that endorsement comes with a price tag. It seems he took his ex buddy, William Gheen’s attitude to heart. If there ain’t money in it……..

POLITICO REPORTS

To win the endorsement of the Minuteman Project and its founder, Jim Gilchrist, you need to believe in federal troop deployments to stop illegal immigrants from entering the U.S. and stepped-up deportations of those who do.

You may also need to pay several thousand dollars, according to documents from three Republican campaigns that sought Gilchrist’s endorsement.

The decorated Marine veteran best known for leading his group of outraged, armed citizens on freelance border patrols is an icon of the grass-roots battle against illegal immigration. To his admirers, he’s a citizen enforcing the law where the government has failed. To his critics, he’s a vigilante.

And to Republicans staking out a hard line on immigration, his endorsement is the gold standard. This election cycle, Texas Gov. Rick Perry, Utah Senate candidate Tim Bridgewater and Democrat-turned-Republican Alabama Rep. Parker Griffith have been among those accepting his support.

But Republicans in Griffith’s Huntsville district and in one other state say support for a border fence and stepped-up deportation aren’t enough to win Gilchrist’s endorsement: They also were told bluntly that they would need to hire a consulting firm closely linked to the Minuteman founder and run by the project’s political director, Mississippi political consultant Howie Morgan.

Minuteman founder Jim Gilchrist and ALIPAC's William Gheen

Minuteman founder Jim Gilchrist and ALIPAC's William Gheen in Las Vegas 2005, where Gheen allegedly confided to Gilchrist " if there was no money in the immigration movement then he would have no use for it.

Interesting information coming out this afternoon about ALIPAC’s William Gheen, the anti-Mexican activist and race baiter. He’s only in it for the money. (Something we’ve alluded to her many times)

Our friends at Long Island Wins shares an email from Minuteman founder Jim Gilchrist about the rise of the fascist like anti immigration group ALIPAC

These folks have been pissing up each others trees for so long, it’s no longer newsworthy in general, but in this case, Gilchrist confirms what our investigations and suspicions have long acknowledged.

The e-mail, in part from Jim Gilchrist reads:

Shawna Forde and Jim Gilchrist together at Glenn Spencer's ranch

Shawna Forde and Jim Gilchrist together at the ranch of Glenn Spencer of American Border Patrol, checking out one of Spencer's toy planes. The significance of this photo is that it debunks the claim by Gilchrist that he had very little contact with Forde, and Spencer's claim she was not welcome at his ranch

After months of trying to distance himself and his border vigilante movement, from Minuteman Shawna Forde, who is under capital indictment for the cold blooded murder of 9 year old Brisenia Flores and her father Raul, Jim Gilchrist seems full of contradictions in a recent interview with a member of the Committee for Justice for Shawna Forde.

The CJSF is a small band of right wing extremist whackos who are trying to rationalize and justify the actions of Shawna Forde, Jason “Gunny” Bush and Albert Gaxiola on the night of May 30, 2009 in the small Arizona town of Arivaca.

Most of the interview is the same tired claims from CJSF as before. Forde being a victim of a government conspiracy because she “knew too much”. Horseshit!

One would imagine that the government would go after some of the players in the border vigilante movement, instead of a petty thief, street corner hooker and pathological liar, such as Shawna Forde.

We contacted Gilchrist and he was courteous in his reply.

Minuteman Wars Rage On

By Uncategorized Comments Off

One of the Minutemen on the job protecting our "borders"Into the New Year, Jim Gilchrist, head of the increasingly toothless, Minuteman Project sent this email to whomever would listen and read it.

Other than misrepresenting the number of illegal immigrants in this country, a number that increases incrementally, depending on the writers mental state at the moment, he makes some good points.
