Possible defense strategies revealed for Minuteman Shawna Forde’s Trial

Before Forde defense attorney Eric Larsen left on vacation, he filed some documents in Pima County Superior Court outlining his defense strategy in the upcoming trial of Minuteman Shawna Forde, accused mastermind in the murder of 9 year old Brisenia Flores and her father Raul.

This move was required under the Arizona Rules of Criminal Procedure.

The prosecutions theory is that Forde needed money for her little border vigilante group, MINUTEMAN AMERICAN DEFENSE, so she enlisted the aid of Jason Bush and Albert Gaxiola to rip off Raul “Jr.” Flores, a purported drug dealer.

Forde discussed this with others who are expected to testify for the prosecution, including two Colorado Minutemen and the star of the show, Oin Oakstar, who was supposed to be the fourth person but got too drunk and forgot to show up for the party.

Roberta Dills aka Laine Lawless attempts to extort $10,000 from Immigration Clearinghouse with threats and intimidation

Apparently her social security checks not sufficient for food, Laine Lawless dines while threatening anyone who speaks the truth about her "friend" Minuteman child killer Shawna Forde, with copyright infringement and defamation lawsuits.

Robert Dills, who uses the moniker “Laine Lawless” is apparently upset with us for reporting the news about her friend Shawna Fordes legal troubles.

For those who don’t know Shawna Forde, she is the leader of Minuteman American Defense, a small group of 12, who took it upon herself to lead a small group of fellow Minutemen in the home invasion murder spree last year that resulted in the death of Raul Flores and his beautiful 9 year old daughter Brisenia. The crime was committed to fund her border vigilante activities and evidence shows it was one of many planned.

Surprising happenings at JUSTICE FOR SHAWNA FORDE as Roberta Dilla aka Laine Lawless announces her “resignation” from the committee of two who has been defending, rationalizing and justifying the actions of Minuteman Shawna Forde and her compatriots on the night of May 30, 2009 in Arivaca Arizona.

On the website that she established to defend her “friend” and attempt to profit from, Lawless/Dills leaves this statement:


Laine Lawless, member of The Committee for Justice for Shawna Forde, announced today she was resigning from the Committee.

Laine said, “Writing the book, Blonde on the Border and the screenplay will be a full time job, and I don’t have time to be a political activist. I am currently entertaining offers from major publishers and film producers to tell the complete story of the Arivaca massacre. Some people will be surprised at their portrayals.

“I support Shawna’s innocence and believe she will be acquitted at trial, even if the charges are not dismissed before then. I condemn the mainstream media for implying that all the defendants are guilty, when under the American justice system, all criminal defendants are presumed to be innocent prior to trial. Dupnik’s Dungeon should be shut down for violating prisoners’ civil and Constitutional rights, and Sheriff Dupnik should be imprisoned for federal and state violations of the rights of the accused before trial. No wonder Pima County Jail has a 97% plea rate!”

Wonder if this means she will be dropping her pathetic little conspiracy site “Border Guardians” since she doesn’t have time to be an activist.

ACLU rejects Minuteman Shawna Forde’s facetious racial profiling and torture claims

Pima County "dungeon" and "chamber of horrors" where poor little Minuteman child killer is being held. Looks like some pretty swanky digs to me, for a jail.

In another blow to incarcerated Minuteman child killer Shawna Forde, the ACLU has rejected her recent complaint making various and sundry allegations against Sheriff Clarence Dupnik and the Pima County jail corrections staff.

Forde had claimed she was a victim of “Massive Civil Rights Violations”as well as accusing Sheriff Dupnik of practicing White Racial Profiling (WRP) in the Pima County Jail, and to being in violation of the Civil Rights Act, Titles III and VI, and the Americans with Disabilities Act, as well as violating all her Constitutional rights.

All of her constitutional rights? I guess she thinks she should be allowed to have a gun to play with, the right to vote, etc. etc?

Roberta Dilla aka “Laine Lawless” who maintains the site JUSTICEFORSHAWNAFORDE.com and insists her fantasy lover is nothing more than “an innocent white Christian Conservative patriot” being victimized by the system, had this to say about the outcome. While we’re having our morning chuckles at the expense of Laine Lawless and Shawna Forde, here’s another gem from these mental midgets.

On the website SHAWNAFORDE.COM, another silly little endeavor by Laine Lawless which supposedly shares nuggets of wisdom from Minuteman child killer Shawna Forde, she gives us her opinon on Pima County Sheriff Dupnik, a fine man and officer of the law and SB-1070.

Forde allegedly says;

Dupnik is an IDIOT! If he doesn’t understand 1070, he can come to my cell and I will explain it to him! I don’t find Dupnik to be a very intelligent and articulate human being, especially when he gets on the news and says, “that law is stupid and racist.” I want to ask, “Did you read it, dumbass?” It’s a federal law! He’s a disgrace to his badge–he needs to retire.

Apparently her social security checks not sufficient for food, Laine Lwless dines while threatening anyone who speaks the truth about her "friend" Minuteman child killer Shawna Forde, with defamation lawsuits.

It’s hilarious the lengths supporters of Minuteman child killer Shawna Forde will go to to press the case of her “innocence” and try to make a few bucks along the way.

We received an email the other day from Laine Lawless, who according to Forde’s attorney, does not speak for Forde nor does her silly little website JUSTICEFORSHAWNAFORDE.COM have any relevance to the case.

Her threat of eventual legal action is humorous, to say the least, and I’m going to share it here so you alls can have a morning chuckle also.
