Convicted double murderer and Minuteman Shawna Forde didn’t have the guts to take the stand and tell her side of the story during her double murder trial, nor did she avail herself of the opportunity to show some remorse and ask the jury for leniency, but according to her whacked out supporters, Forde is suddenly fighting back. As expected, the prosecutors in the capital murder trial of Minuteman Shawna Forde rested their case this morning. Defense attorney charged in rebutting the prosecutions evidence try to say that Gina Moraga, girlfriend of Albert Gaxiola was the woman Gina Gonzalez saw, instead of Shawna Forde. All evidence presented offered so far puts Shawna Forde right in the center of the “donut hole” described by Eric Larsen in his opening statements.

Today begins week two of Minuteman Shawna Forde’s capital murder trial. As we all know by now, she is accused of the home invasion murder of 9 year old Brisenia Flores, her father Raul and the attempted murder of Brisenia’s mother, Gina Gonzalez. In our opinion, enough testimony has been rendered to find her guilty as charged. The title of this post is a little misleading, as Forde has no internet access within the Pima County Jail where she is held, and she is not supposed to have any contact with her main supporter Laine Lawless. The circus is in town apparently today as Roberta Dills aka Laine Lawless blatantly defied Judge John Leonardo’s order banishing all potential witnesses from the trial until after they had testified. That wasn’t enough to stop the border loon from donning a black wig, black trenchcoat and marching into the courtroom as if she owned the place. Lawless, always one fry shy of a Happy Meal, and who has also blatantly violated Judge Leonardo’s gag order by posting as “Shawna Forde” on the Facebook page she established. She sat behind two detective who immediately recognized her and notified prosecutor Deputy County Attorney Rick Unklesbay who asked the court to stop proceedings.

Generally, the pablum posted on the website Justice for Shawna Forde (com) isn’t worth a mention, but since the publisher of that site brought up a subject more than six months old and largely forgotten, I thought I’d respond since it is a slow day here on the border. The matter in question is a letter, Shawna Forde supposedly wrote to her bio-family and according to Lawless, whom according to defense attorney Eric Larsen, does not speak for Shawna Forde, was written with the intention of showing how biased the left-wing media is. After making this insane comment on her Facebook page yesterday, AZ Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords (Dem) assassinated in Safeway store parking lot in Tucson by another Democrat!
