Evidence surfaces linking Jim Gilchrist and Shawna Forde

Last week, a trusted source provided us with photo evidence linking Minuteman Project Founder Jim Gilchrist to Minuteman Shawna Forde, now under capital indictment for the murder of 9 year old Brisenia Flores and her father Raul, in Arivaca Arizona. We shared this with our friends at LONG ISLAND WINS, and once the validity of the photo was verified, by Jim Gilchrist, LIW went with this story: Last week, my colleague Ted Hesson received a copy of two photos from Immigration Clearinghouse. They depict Minuteman leader Jim Gilchrist with accused killer Shawna Forde at a September 2007 border action.

Arizona will seek death penalty for Minuteman child killer Shawna Forde

Deputy Pima County (Az) attorney Kellie Johnson said that her office filed a notice Monday that prosecutors intend to seek the death penalty against Minutemen Shawna Forde, Jason Eugene Bush and Albert Robert Gaxiola, for the home invasion murders of 9 year old Brisenia Flores, and her father Raul. Forde, Bush and Gaxiola are each charged with two counts of first-degree murder, two counts of aggravated assault and one count of attempted first-degree murder, first-degree burglary, armed robbery and aggravated robbery. Arizona uses lethal injection to execute people sentenced to death; the gas chamber was an option until the early 1990s. There are 124 inmates on death row in Arizona; two of them are women. "Gunny" Bush confesses to murder of Brisenia Flores

An Arizona newspaper is reporting that Jason Eugene Bush has confessed to being the gunman who killed two people during a May 30 raid on an Arivaca, Ariz. family’s home. Bush admitted the killings on June 11 when he was arrested near Kingman, Ariz., the Green Valley News and Sun reported this afternoon. The newspaper quoted Pima County sheriff’s Lt. Michael O’Connor as saying that Bush wasn’t offered a plea deal. “He murdered a little girl,” the newspaper quoted O’Connor as saying “I think it was hard on him.” Bush co-defendant in the killings is Shawna Forde, 41, of Everett, leader of Minutemen American Defense. Forde, Bush, 34, and Albert Gaxiola, 42, all are jailed in Tucson on murder charges. MORE

Shawna Forde, the anti-mexican-immigration crusader accused along with two others of killing a man and young Bresinia Flores in Arizona, has ties to Yakima and stayed with a local family as recently as March. Forde, 41, of Everett, Wash., split from the national border-watch group the Minuteman Civil Defense Corps in 2007 and started her own group, Minuteman American Defense. Prior to that, she befriended Yakima couple Robert and Kathy Dameron, even calling them mom and dad after a while. The Damerons decided well before the murders in Arizona that they wanted nothing to do with Forde. Since Minuteman Leader and Child Killer Shawna Forde was arrested for the murder of Bresenia Flores and her father, Members of Minutemen American Defense have been scrambling to find which denial works best. Between the denials posted on their website on 13 June until now, they still can’t seem to find what works. Their latest attempt is as pathetic as the original.

Who might be, "The Fourth Man"?

Authorities investigating the murders of 9 year old Brisenia Flores and her father, 29 year oldRaul Flores Jr, are saying there were four people involved and anticipate more arrests in the future. The mother, 31-year-old Gina Marie Gonzalez, was wounded by one of the suspects when they returned to the crime scene to retrieve a forgotten weapon. Who might this 4th person be? A name keeps surfacing each time anything involving Shawna Forde occurs.

Two of the three people arrested in connection with the May 30 murders of an Arivaca man and his daughter headed up a splinter Minuteman group, and were looking for drugs and money to fund their efforts to keep illegal immigrants and drug runners out of the country, sheriff’s officials said. Jason Eugene Bush, 34, was arrested Thursday in Kingman; Shawna Forde, 41, was arrested Friday south of Sierra Vista; and Albert Robert Gaxiola, 42, was arrested Friday afternoon in Tucson. More on the arrest of Shawna Forde

Scott North of the Everett Herald brought to light Forde’s “troubles” as he describes them last year when she was allegedly raped, weeks after her husband was mysteriously shot. Later, after the “rape”, Forde was ambushed and shot while walking home from a bar.
