Defense attorney's say suspects in death of BP Agent Brian Terry NOT US citizens

In response to Immigration Clearinghouse, Minuteman Project and others, questioning the possibility that the suspects in the murder of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry might in fact be US citizens, due to the news blackout from authorities, defense attorneys for 2 of the four suspects are speaking out. The 4 unidentified suspects are being held for illegal entry and nothing more at this time. Federal public defender Heather Williams, whose client has been hospitalized since the night of the shooting and Leslie Bowman, a highly recognized defense attorney in Tucson, have broken the silence.

It’s not often that Jim Gilchrist and I agree because of our philosophical differences, but this time we are both thinking along the same lines. The refusal of authorities to release any information concerning the suspects allegedly in custody for the murder (not assassination Jim) of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry have many of us believing it was possibly American citizens responsible, despite the fact that the nativists prefer to blame everything on undocumented immigrants. You see folks, when an arrest is made in a high profile case such as this, authorities are quick to trot out the suspects for the “perp walk”. Just as guest speaker Jim Gilchrist derided critics who call him a “racial supremacist,” the clowns came marching in. Two dozen rubber-nosed, rainbow-wigged clowns disrupted Friday’s State House rally in support of an Arizona-style, bipartisan immigration bill being cosponsored by state Representatives Peter G. Palumbo and Joseph A. Trillo. Gilchrist, co-founder of The Minuteman Project, a “national citizens’ vigilante group” at the U.S.-Mexico border spoke first at the rally sponsored by his group and Rhode Islanders for Immigration Law Enforcement.

San Diego Minuteman founder and close colleague of ALIPAC’s William Gheen, Jeff “Bikini Boy” Schwilk is at it again, and appears to have bought himself another lawsuit he can’t possibly win. After losing a defamation lawsuit against activist Joanne Yoon, he’s gone back on the attack against this lady, accusing her of being a prostitute and a hooker. The earlier lawsuit cost him more than $100,000.00 in damages, a judgment he so far has refused to pay.
