Cold Blooded murder by US Border Patrol of US Citizen Carlos La Madrid CONFIRMED!

Earlier this month, we reported on the shooting of yet another teenager on the Arizona border by the US Border Patrol, once again, hiding behind the cowardly excuse that the victim of the overzealous BP agent was throwing rocks. And as we suspected, this is another case of COLD BLOODED MURDER by our under trained, cowardly BP Agents on the Arizona, as more proof to back up our claims becomes available. Carlos La Madrid, 19, was fatally shot on March 21, 2011 by still unidentified Border Patrol Agents after rocks hit the windshield of a Border Patrol vehicle. At the time of the murder, sources stated that there was no evidence that La Madrid was involved in any rock throwing. MORE

Attempted murder of another immigrant by trigger happy Border Patrol Agent

Details remain sketchy about yesterdays shooting of a suspected undocumented immigrant by a Border Patrol agent near Nogales. This incident closely parallels the case where BP Agent Nicholas Corbett, murdered Francisco Javier Dominguez Rivera, in cold blood while Rivera was on his knees following Corbett’s orders of surrender. The shooting occurred at 9:30 a.m. in the Walker Canyon area, about two miles northeast of Peña Blanca Lake, said Santa Cruz County Sheriff Tony Estrada. The FBI has taken over the investigation, but the Santa Cruz Sheriff’s Office learned the following MORE

FBI opens civil rights probe in the murder of Sergio Adrian Hernandez Güereca

The FBI, investigating the murder of 15 year old Sergio Adrian Hernandez Güereca by an unidentified Border Patrol Agent who shot Güereca in Mexico, has now expanded their investigation to include possible civil rights violations. Mexican prosecutors, meanwhile, are investigating the case as a homicide, raising the possibility that the agent could also face charges in Mexico, although it is unlikely the U.S. would agree to extradite him. The FBI formally added the civil rights element to its broader investigation into the alleged assault on the Border Patrol agent. A civil rights probe investigates allegations of abuse by any U.S. law enforcement officer. If investigators determine the Border Patrol agent shot Hernandez without justification, he could be found to have MORE

Arizona Governor Jan Brewer, getting it from all sides for her signing of SB-1070, Arizona’s racial profiling law, continues pandering to the extremists in her state and around the nation, this time, pulling out the “terror card”. In a little-noticed Fox News interview Friday, Arizona’s Republican governor, Jan Brewer, described the challenge of illegal immigration in her state as a veritable terrorist bonanza. Fox News host Megyn Kelly asked Brewer, “Do you think that these folks who are all noticeably outside of your state, are the ones that I just ticked off, including the President, have an appreciation, governor, for what Arizona has been going through with respect to illegal immigration?” “Obviously not,” Brewer replied. “You know Arizona has been MORE
