José Cisneros 1910-2009 Immigrant Artist who tore at racism

ALIPAC fears passage of HR1913 – Local Law Enforcement Hate Crimes Prevention Act of 2009

On April 30, 2009,  the Senate received, from the House of Representatives, H.R. 1913 Local Law Enforcement Hate Crimes Prevention Act of 2009 which passed the House on a vote of  249-175 .
