Possible defense strategies revealed for Minuteman Shawna Forde’s Trial

Before Forde defense attorney Eric Larsen left on vacation, he filed some documents in Pima County Superior Court outlining his defense strategy in the upcoming trial of Minuteman Shawna Forde, accused mastermind in the murder of 9 year old Brisenia Flores and her father Raul.

This move was required under the Arizona Rules of Criminal Procedure.

The prosecutions theory is that Forde needed money for her little border vigilante group, MINUTEMAN AMERICAN DEFENSE, so she enlisted the aid of Jason Bush and Albert Gaxiola to rip off Raul “Jr.” Flores, a purported drug dealer.

Forde discussed this with others who are expected to testify for the prosecution, including two Colorado Minutemen and the star of the show, Oin Oakstar, who was supposed to be the fourth person but got too drunk and forgot to show up for the party.

FBI has Minuteman Shawna Forde on tape discussing Arivaca murders – Implicates Jason Bush – Planned other home invasions

"It's a brand-new team. They've been bled in." - Minuteman child killer Shawna Forde discussing Arivaca murders with FBI informants

Documents and audio tapes released in Pima County Superior Court this month, tie Minuteman Shawna Forde and Jason “Gunny” Bush to the murders of 9 year old Brisenia Flores and her father Raul on May 30, 2009.

Two confidential informants for the FBI say they told agents in April 2009 that Forde was recruiting people to raid a house she believed was filled with illicit drugs, money and guns. The informants were Colorado Minutemen as has been reported here and by reporter Scott North of the Everett Herald. The documents indicate neither was paid for his information, nor were they cooperating to avoid prosecution in any unrelated cases.

The documents say Forde, 42, and others were on the verge of hitting additional targets when she, Jason Bush, 35, and Albert Gaxiola, 43, were arrested on June 12, 2009.

Threatening e-mails sent on behalf of Shawna Forde to Immigration Clearinghouse

Apparently her social security checks not sufficient for food, Laine Lwless dines while threatening anyone who speaks the truth about her "friend" Minuteman child killer Shawna Forde, with defamation lawsuits.

It’s hilarious the lengths supporters of Minuteman child killer Shawna Forde will go to to press the case of her “innocence” and try to make a few bucks along the way.

We received an email the other day from Laine Lawless, who according to Forde’s attorney, does not speak for Forde nor does her silly little website JUSTICEFORSHAWNAFORDE.COM have any relevance to the case.

Her threat of eventual legal action is humorous, to say the least, and I’m going to share it here so you alls can have a morning chuckle also.

Remembering Brisenia Flores – 1 year later

Brisenia FloresIt seems people have forgotten the events that took the life of 9 year old Brisenia Flores and her father one year ago today, an event largely ignored by the media.

At this hour, on this day, a group of American terrorists, calling themselves Minutemen American Defense, banged on the door of a residence in the 36000 block of Mesquite Road in Arivaca Arizona. Dressed in paramilitary camo and identifying themselves as law enforcement personnel, they demanded entry.

The father, Raul, made the fatal mistake of questioning why one of the “officers” weapon was wrapped in electrical tape. He was shot in the chest, point blank four times while his 9 year old daughter watched in horror.

Her final words were, “Why did you shoot my daddy”, before she was briefly interrogated and then shot point blank in the face twice.

Who remembers Brisenia Flores? The hypocrisy of the nativists

Arizona pro reform activist and videographer Dennis Gilmans new YouTube video hammers everyone on the hypocrisy of our political leaders over SB 1070 and the plight of the 12 million undocumented in this country.

Gilman also contrasts the hysteria over the killing of Arizona rancher Rob Krentz to the relative silence of politicians and the media over the 2009 slayings of 9 yo Brisenia Flores and her father Raul in a home invasion robbery gone bad in Arivaca by Minutewoman Shawna Forde and cohorts Jason Bush and Alberto Gaxiola.

Krentz’s death was exploited by nativists to pass SB 1070, whereas the Flores murders were never commented upon by that same tribe. For good reason. Many of them knew Forde, and had welcomed her as one of them. Some, such as flag burning hater Laine Lawless, continue to defend and rationlize Fordes actions.

Shawna Forde Files Complaint with ACLU – Cites “Massive Civil Rights Violations” by Sheriff Dupnik

This breaking piece in the case of Minuteman child killer Shawna Forde, currently residing in the Pima County Jail waiting to answer charges in the brutal murders of 9 year old Brisenia Flores and her father Raul.

According to the JFSF website,, which supports and defends the actions of Forde and her co-defendants, Forde has filed a 7 page complaint with the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), an organization much maligned by the right wingers, until they need their services.
