Border Patrol Agent Jesus Mesa Jr, remember that name people. He is the Border Patrol agent in El Paso who got away with the cold blooded murder of 15 year old Sergio Adrian Hernandez Güereca on June 7, 2010. Until now, the Border Patrol has kept the name secret to protect the guilty. Border Patrol Agent Jesus Mesa Jr. murdered Güereca as the kid was standing behind a pillar on the Mexican side of the Rio Grande within site of the Paseo Del Norte bridge where witnesses videotaped the entire exchange. As usual, Border Patrol Agent Jesus Mesa Jr. claimed that Güereca was throwing rocks at him as he tried to detain another man who with Güereca, had been running back and forth across MORE

Earlier this month, we reported on the shooting of yet another teenager on the Arizona border by the US Border Patrol, once again, hiding behind the cowardly excuse that the victim of the overzealous BP agent was throwing rocks. And as we suspected, this is another case of COLD BLOODED MURDER by our under trained, cowardly BP Agents on the Arizona, as more proof to back up our claims becomes available. Carlos La Madrid, 19, was fatally shot on March 21, 2011 by still unidentified Border Patrol Agents after rocks hit the windshield of a Border Patrol vehicle. At the time of the murder, sources stated that there was no evidence that La Madrid was involved in any rock throwing. MORE
The family of 15-year-old Sergio Adrian Hernandez Guereca are fed up with the stone walling and refusal to investigate the murder of their son so they are letting their lawyer do all the talking in their lawsuit accusing the unidentified border patrol agent who killed Huereca of wrongful death and civil rights violations. The lawsuit filed Monday in a U.S. District Court in El Paso accuses the government, particularly the Border Patrol and a patrol agent, of violating the civil rights of Sergio Adrian Hernandez Guereca by fatally shooting him. Bob Hilliard of Corpus Christi, Texas, the family’s attorney said, “They’re hopeful an objective investigation will conclude criminal charges should be brought against the man who murdered their son.”
The union that represents non supervisory personnel of the US Border Patrol continues to rationalize and try to justify the murder of 15 year Sergio Adrián Hernández Güereca, by an unidentified member of their union. Cesar Lujan with the NBPC says the teen was on the El Paso Most Wanted Juvenile list for smuggling. The border patrol allegedly keeps an internal list to keep track of teens involved in smuggling illegal immigrants. So now it is an “internal” list instead of a public “Most Wanted List” as some have insinuated. Still, releasing details of a juveniles criminal history is against the law in both the United States and Mexico.
U.S. Border Patrol agents will not work alone in trouble spots which also will be watched closer by Mexican police to prevent more violence after last week’s wanton murder of a Juárez teenager, authorities said Monday. The mayors of El Paso and Juárez and law enforcement officials met Monday morning to discuss ways to stem problems on the international boundary between the cities. The meeting at El Paso City Hall took place a week after the murder of Sergio Adrián Hernández Güereca, 15, who was executed by a Border Patrol agent who claimed to being attacked with rocks while trying to make an arrest on the Rio Grande in Downtown El Paso. Videos of the incident contradict the agents account. MORE
Weekend on the border
Over the weekend, a group of protester got together on the Mexican side of the US/Mexico border to protest the murder of 15 year old Sergio Adrian Hernandez Güereca by a yet to be identified US Border Patrol Officer. About 20 Border Patrol agents turned out in riot gear, helmets and shields to watch the demonstrators, but wisely chose not to release any weapons this time. The demonstrators appeared to have crossed the Rio Grande and attacked the international fence on the U.S. side of the border. The demonstrators also cut a hole in the fence. Meanwhile, a know nothing congressman, famous for his anti-Mexican anti-immigrant rhetoric had a solution for the whole problem. U.S. Rep. Steve King, R-Iowa, said MORE
National Border Patrol Council (NBPC) condones murder of 15 year old, says it will continue
Is anyone surprised? The NBPC is condoning the murderous actions of one of it’s members and accusing the Mexican government of “grandstanding” and making “baseless accusations” against one of their own. The National Border Patrol Council (NBPC), in a statement, said Mexican officials have wrongly portrayed the unidentified agent as a racist and portrayed the “deceased criminal as an innocent boy who had never done a thing wrong in his life.” “None of these statements have any merit,” the NBPC said. “Mexico bears quite a bit of responsibility whenever one of its citizens dies along the border due to its allowing criminal organizations free rein and its refusal to police its northern border.”
The FBI, investigating the murder of 15 year old Sergio Adrian Hernandez Güereca by an unidentified Border Patrol Agent who shot Güereca in Mexico, has now expanded their investigation to include possible civil rights violations. Mexican prosecutors, meanwhile, are investigating the case as a homicide, raising the possibility that the agent could also face charges in Mexico, although it is unlikely the U.S. would agree to extradite him. The FBI formally added the civil rights element to its broader investigation into the alleged assault on the Border Patrol agent. A civil rights probe investigates allegations of abuse by any U.S. law enforcement officer. If investigators determine the Border Patrol agent shot Hernandez without justification, he could be found to have MORE
Our friends at BORDERLAND BEAT has posted videos taken by witnesses on the Santa Fe Bridge, linking El Paso and Cd Juarez, that shows the Border Patrol Agent firing wildly in the direction of three people crossing back into Mexico. The BP goon is seen holding one of the men on the ground by the hair, while firing indiscriminately in the direction of the other two, who are in Mexico. One shot finds it mark in the eye of 15 year old Sergio Adrian Hernandez Güereca, who is instantly killed. Witnesses have stated Hernandez, was not involved in the alleged rock throwing incident. Another example of the excellent training our Border Patrol agents receive. Reminds on of another incident 5 MORE
