Crossing the Line - ALIPAC President William Gheen calls for "Extra Violent Political Activities"

We’ve all become accustomed to the demented ravings of William Gheen, that pathetic little man who fancies himself a leader in the anti-immigrant movement and have seen his frequent sophomoric presser that nobody reads and followed his desperate pleas for donations from his elderly followers, but this time, Gheen has really crossed the line. And finally, we have a mainstream, well organized and recognized group stepping up to the plate to help us expose Gheen and what he really is and what he stands for. AMERICAS VOICE a leader in the immigration reform movement has taken Gheen to task for comments made on a talk show recently. AMERICASVOICEONLINE writes; Last week, the Obama Administration released new guidelines for deportations, and we’ve MORE

The Year in Hate & Extremism, 2010 - ALIPAC makes the list

The Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) is out with their new Year in Hate and Extremism 2010 review and it’s an eyeopener for most although not so much for those of us that follow these nativist hate groups. It ought to make William Gheen, President of the nativist extremist group Americans for Legal Immigration (ALIPAC) proud that he made the top of the list for groups in North Carolina alongside his buddies from NC FIRE. And we’d put the question out to all of his donors, past, present and future, “Do you really want your names associated with a recognized hate group?” Something to think about as Mr. Gheen is frantically trying to reach his fundraising goal with the days MORE

Founder of Utah Minutemen faces ouster over denunciation of Utah List

Alex Segura, one of the founders of the Utah Minutemen, all 26 strong faces impeachment by the group after coming out in denunciation of the letter containing the names of 1300 allegedly illegal immigrants. Alex Segura, said he does not expect to be removed from the group. “I think we’re all going to kiss and make up and move on,” Segura said. Segura, who helped found the anti-immigration group in 2005, angered his followers in October with an alleged takeover of leadership, and then again last week with his condemnation of a recently compiled list of 1,300 allegedly undocumented immigrants.

Discredited ALIPAC Prez Willy Gheen shunned by "intellectual racists"

How low can you go before you’re ashamed to show your face in public? Apparently not low enough for ALIPAC President William “Jabbering Jackass” Gheen who seems to be losing friends in the right wing loony toon movement with increasing frequency. The latest to dump on poor Willy is the website for intellectual racists, VDARE, named for the alleged first white child in America, Virginia Dare. Go figure. The other day, for whatever reason, Willy Gheen got his wittle feelings hurt once again, being ignored by the big baddies at VDARE and declared; Please do not post anymore articles sourced from VDARE. For the last five years, ALIPAC has been supportive of VDARE although VDARE rarely did anything in return MORE

The new "National Pastime" - Immigrant Bashing

An new report by the well respected and venerable Southern Poverty Law Center titled Rage on the Right: The Year in Hate and Extremism , highlights the new national pastime of “immigrant bashing. From the report: Hate groups stayed at record levels — almost 1,000 — despite the total collapse of the second largest neo-Nazi group in America. Furious anti-immigrant vigilante groups soared by nearly 80%, adding some 136 new groups during 2009. And, most remarkably of all, so-called “Patriot” groups — militias and other organizations that see the federal government as part of a plot to impose “one-world government” on liberty-loving Americans — came roaring back after years out of the limelight. Two of the highest profile examples of this MORE

Scott Brown - In bed with the right wing extremists

Scott Brown, in a neck to neck race against Massachusetts Attorney General Martha Coakley received an unwanted endorsement yesterday from ALIPAC and William Gheen. Just what he needs in this tight a race. Endorsements from right wing anti-immigrant hate groups of little consequence. ALIPAC’s endorsement of Brown has all the usual drivel and misinformation such as: ALIPAC is one of the nation’s largest multi-ethnic and non-partisan grassroots organizations dedicated to opposing illegal immigration and amnesty for illegals, while supporting the enforcement of America’s existing immigration laws and borders. Actually, ALIPAC has a couple of token Hispanics and a couple of token blacks in it’s small roster or members. As for being non-partisan, it’s leader, William Gheen is an equal opportunity MORE

The venerable and well respected Southern Poverty Law Center released this statement this morning on the departure of Lou Dobbs from CNN. We Concur. Earlier this year, we called upon CNN to remove Lou Dobbs from the air for trading in falsehoods and racist conspiracy theories. Tonight we are glad that Dobbs has announced his departure from his influential position at CNN. In his announcement, Dobbs complained that the public debate over important issues is now defined by “partisanship and ideology rather than rigorous empirical thought and forthright analysis and discussion.” The truth is, Dobbs has done as much as anyone to poison the immigration debate by repeatedly reporting false information about immigrants. The most outrageous statement was his claim MORE

Jason Bush is accused of killing a homeless man, a white supremacist, a suspected drug dealer and a 9-year-old Brisenia Flores. This would be so damned funny if it weren’t for the needless death of Brisenia Flores and her father Raul. And sadly, this is typical of the larger movement of border vigilantes who call themselves “Minutemen”! The Meadview, Ariz., resident even hints he was working undercover investigating Minutemen child killer Shawna Forde, the head of the militia, when Raul Flores Jr. and Flores’ daughter, Brisenia, were murdered on May 30. “I didn’t do it,” Bush said. “I’m not guilty of what they’ve charged me with, I’ll say that.” The differences between what authorities say, what court documents state and MORE
