William "Jabbering Jackass" Gheen

They don't call me the "Jabbering Jackass" for nothing and don't you forget it America - ALIPAC Prez William Gheen

Arizona Senate candidate Jim Deakin responded to ALIPAC President William Gheen’s demands that he drop out of the primary race and throw his support behind former corrupt Congressman JD Hayworth.

Mr. Deakin’s response:

The campaign for Conservative Tea Party candidate Jim Deakin responded to a letter suggesting he withdraw from the US Senatorial race. The request, in support of the Hayworth campaign comes at a time when Hayworth is losing significant support, the Deakin campaign noted.

It is obvious the Hayworth camp is grasping for any help they can muster. But it may be too late and time for Hayworth supporters to realize the real candidate with the best shot to beat the incumbent is Jim Deakin. That being said, those who have supported the incumbent in spite of Hayworth now know there is another choice.

We therefore ask any supporters of either Senatorial opponents to carefully consider their options” the campaign added.

The letter in question took veiled liberties and distortions and is leaning heavily on scare tactics and overblown endorsements.

“We feel this letter is a last-minute, desperate grasp by Mr. Gheen and ALIPAC to distort my candidacy and legitimacy. Stating that “American’s” ask Jim Deakin not to do something is ludicrous. Jim Deakin has plenty of Americans who will support and stand with him as well. Maybe we should state that “Americans Back Deakin for US Senate” the campaign stated.

Here’s a Tuesday morning yuck yuck courtesy of radio host/activist Carlos Galindo of Phoenix Arizona.

In the video Mr Galindo confronts a “Tea Party Patriot”, sans teeth and sans any clue about what he is against, during a protest against SB-1070 outside the Mexican Consulate in Phoenix.

Hmmm, what has the Mexican Consulate have to do with SB-1070? An example of more lunacy with these “teabilly’s”!

Enjoy.

Civil discourse is out the window this political cycle it seems, helped by websites such as ALIPAC, VDARE and other more radical venues, that accuse politicians and our President of treason, sedition and other traitorous conduct. But some take it further.

Senate Sergeant at Arms Terrance Gainer reports threats against members of Congress were up 300% in the first few months of 2010, a claim backed up by FBI records.

Capitol Police have requested a 54% increase in funding for 2011 to fund travel for dignitary protection officers because of the threats.

In 2009, Capitol Police have responded to 142 suspicious packages compared to 32 in 2008 and conducted 1,808 bomb sweeps compared to 970 the year before.

What are some of the threats being received?

UFW Founder Cesar Chavez

UFW Founder Cesar Chavez

Elements of the Tea Party Movement continuously try to take the words of UFW founder Cesar Chavez and twist them to fit their agenda.

This essay, published in the Sacramento Bee by Marc Grossman, Chavez’s longtime press secretary, speechwriter and personal aide, sets the record straight.

Chavez backed hard workers regardless of immigrant status

Enactment of Arizona’s anti-immigrant law sparked a wave of racist sentiment from some supporters of the statute. Many are members of the tea party movement. A number are citing Cesar Chavez, either in the mistaken notion that he would agree with their views, or as a symbol of their contempt toward anyone with brown skin. Both perceptions are wrong.

Could this person be part of the reason for ALIPACs William Gheen's trip to Phoenix and his need for $10,000 to fund a trip that should not cost more than $3500? You be the judge.

We’ve been doing a little more digging as to why ALIPAC’s William Gheen needs $10,000.00 additional to his last fund raising scam to attend the little desert soiree in Phoenix on Jun 12 to support the blatantly racist and unconstitutional SB-1070. The creme’ de la creme’ of the hate movement plans to attend, including Willies little “friend” San Diego Minuteman founder Jeffrey “Bikini Boy” Schwilk. Gheen will indeed be in good company.

But $10,000.00 seems a little excessive, even for someone like Willy Gheen who demands the high life.

Our research indicated that if Gheen would lower his expectations and fly White Trash Airlines aka Southwest, his fare would be $910.00 round trip before taxes and gratuities. Personally, I prefer Vivaaerobus which I fly frequently, but alas, they don’t fly the Raleigh to Phoenix route, and Willy would feel very uncomfortable on one of their flights.

POLITICO REPORTS that three former allies of the National Tea Party Convention are planning a guerilla press conference near the convention hall Saturday afternoon to highlight what they contend are the organizers’ efforts to hijack the tea party movement.

The three men, Anthony Shreeve, Robert Kilmarx and Mark Herr, are Tennessee tea party activists who were involved in the early stages of planning the convention and say they resigned in protest after disputes with lead convention organizers Judson and Sherry Phillips, who contend that the ex-allies were banned from the group planning the event for incivility or indiscretion.

The disputes have since gone public and turned ugly. At their press conference – which they plan to hold in the same sprawling hotel convention center that is hosting the convention – the three “intend to challenge [the convention] on all levels,” said Shreeve.
