Tales from the Jail – Shawna Forde supporters come out of the closet

As disgusting as the cold blooded murder of 9 year old Brisenia Lopez Flores by Minuteman Shawna Forde and her fellow Minutmen, the idea that anyone could support and condone her actions is inconceivable.

Justice for Shawna Forde is the unlikely title for this site from someone obviously suffering from PMS (Poor Me Syndrome). But it is a good title, as all of us desire Justice For Shawna Forde, and we intend to see she gets it. But more on that later.

SHAWNA FINDS JESUS!

Like most criminals, this godless murdering bitch has found her faith. That’s what usually happens in jail by someone trying to con the system, and it rarely works.

Shawna says her Christian faith keeps her strong, and we prayed with her……

Aware of the remarks her brother and mother had made to the media, Shawna expressed her forgiveness for both of them, and then explained that they lived troubled lives…….

Poor little misunderstood Shawna. Everyone is against her. I wonder where her “Christian faith” was the night she stood in the living room of the Flores-Lopez residence in Arivaca Arizona and witnessed and condoned the cold blooded murder of Brisenia and her father Raul?

SHAWNA IS BEING RAILROADED

This is another suggestion this site makes to justify it’s existence.
“Shawna’s become the target of a socialist government’s clumsy attempts to marginalize and terrorize America’s patriots,” a recent posting says.

The media has received its marching orders regarding what to write about her case, and it’s all negative. This entire case has “set-up” written all over it. We believe in Shawna’s innocence and have created this website to support her and to let the public know how she is doing and how we can help her.

Actually, Shawna is in jail and charged based on evidence and the confession, given and recanted, by her co-defendant and triggerman Jason “Gunny” Bush.

The Prosecution has a wealth of evidence against Gunny Bush for the murders of 9 year old Brisenia Flores and her dad. The evidence includes:

1. Gunny Bush’s signed and video-taped confession. (Since recanted)
2. The bullet in his leg from Brisenia Flores’ mother’s gun.
3. DNA evidence from the crime scene, including Gunny Bush’s blood from his wounds. Also blood in the mini van used in the crime and found at Albert Gaxiola’s home.
4. The gun and other weapons used the night of the murder of Brisenia and her dad.
5. Testimony from his partners in crime.
6. Testimony from Chuck Stonex who tended his bullet wounds the night of the shootings.
7. Forde’s cell phone records and GPS cordinates for the days preceding and after the crime
8. The testimony of her own mother and half brother where she discussed committing these types of crimes
9. The eyewitness testimony from the wife and mother who described the invaders who murdered her husband and daughter

And the list goes on.
THE “GENIUS” BEHIND JUSTICEFORSHAWNAFORDE.COM

The woman behind the Web site is Laine Lawless, a longtime anti-Mexican activist, neo Nazi who lived in recent years in Southern Arizona but has left for the Phoenix area. Lawless, 59, founded the local group Border Guardians in 2005 and initiated the burning of Mexican flags in Tucson in 2006.

“I’m tired of women getting screwed over by men in this movement,” Lawless said. “Nobody in the Minuteman movement except for me is willing to talk to her.

Lawless, an avowed white supremecist lesbian, goes on to say in this interview in the azstarnet.

“What’s happened in many parts of the Southwestern states is that illegal immigration has been allowed to go on so long that the MAJORITY of the prison population is Hispanic, as is the Corrections staff. If you are a Caucasian female American, and a patriot, you are seriously outnumbered, and you are treated accordingly. It’s ‘payback time.’ “

Lawless visited all three defendants in jail Aug. 12, according to visitor logs obtained by the Star through a public records request. She visited Forde again on Friday, Lawless said.

Lawless has had other “brilliant ideas” according to the Southern Poverty Law Center.

1. “Steal the money from any illegal walking into a bank or check cashing place.”
2. “Make every illegal alien feel the heat of being a person without status. … I hear the rednecks in the South are beating up illegals as the textile mills have closed. Use your imagination.”
3. “Discourage Spanish-speaking children from going to school. Be creative.”
4. “Create an anonymous propaganda campaign warning that any further illegal immigrants will be shot, maimed or seriously messed-up upon crossing the border. This should be fairly easy to do, considering the hysteria of the Spanish language press, and how they view the Minutemen as ‘racists & vigilantes.’”

What a peice of human excrement. But this is the face of the anti-immigrant movement and of the Minutemen.

Exploitation is claimed

The man serving as the spokesman for the Web effort, John Lyon, said he was motivated by coverage of her case in a recent Phoenix New Times cover story.

“I’m not condoning any kind of criminal behavior, certainly not murder of a child or even of a drug dealer,” said Lyon, 51, a member of the Phoenix-area group United for a Sovereign America. “I’m sensitive to the issue of racial exploitation.

“They exploited her for her race, her sex and her political affiliations,” said Lyon, who wrote a 2002 master’s degree thesis on racial conflict at the Miracle Valley religious compound during the early 1980s near Sierra Vista.

John Lyon, who lives with his mommy, as it seems most of the anti-Mexican movement does, also posts as AZ Patriot on various right wing extremist websites, and on many, he is listed as the “WEBMASTER” of these sites. These sites include, Chalene Nightingale’s SAVE OUR STATE and Minutemen American Defense (MAD) website, Shawna Forde’s old web presence.

Web site is criticized

The whole concept of the new Web site disturbed two of Forde’s biggest critics: her mother, Rena Caudle; and half brother, Merrill Metzger. Both live in Redding, Calif., and say Forde discussed plans to rob drug traffickers in the months before the Arivaca incident occurred.

“Seems to me they spoke before really looking at her record,” Caudle said in an e-mail. She and Metzger suspect Forde, Bush and others of committing a burglary at Metzger’s house and a home invasion at the home of friends who live nearby in the 12 days between the murders in Arivaca and Forde’s arrest.

Even one of Forde’s former comrades in Minutemen American Defense disliked the content of Lawless’ new Web site. Chuck Stonex, a New Mexico man who was a member of Minutemen American Defense, was dismayed to see that the Web site makes Forde look “pretty innocent.” “I don’t know,” Stonex said. “I think Shawna made her bed.”

Yes Chucky, and some of us imagine you helped her make that bed.

Money Money Money Money!!!!
Least we forget the real motive behind this site for Shawna Forde, as it is with all of the right wing whackos, such as Willy Gheen’s ALIPAC, is money!

That’s right, why put up a website of this sort but to scam the ignorant out of money.

Tim Stellar reminds us of this on his blogSenor Reporter. Tim has been providing excellent coverage and insight into this tragedy and like us, has no intention of letting this matter wither and die.

I failed to note that the justiceforshawnaforde.com site is actually taking donations for Forde. This money — and none has been donated yet as far as Laine Lawless knows — goes into Forde’s commissary account at the Pima County Jail. There is no legal-defense fund. But Lawless said they’re looking into ways to formalize the “Committee for Justice for Shawna Forde.” She said that for now any money paid on the site via PayPal goes into a committee member’s account then will be passed on to Forde’s commissary account.

And finally, Tim reveals something that even I didn’t know.

Laine Lawless registered the trade names The Minuteman Project and Minuteman Headquarters in Arizona on Dec. 2, 2005. The registrations expire on Dec. 2, 2010.

JUSTICE FOR SHAWNA FORDE

I said in the beginning all of us involved in this story, reading it, and reporting on it, want justice for Shawna Forde.

We want to see her judged by a jury of 12 of her peers, if they can be found in Arizona. Other recent cases such as that of Border Patrol Agent Nicholas Corbett, who murdered a young man in cold blood, yet a jury could not be seated who would convict on the overwhelming evidence against him,

We want her to be convicted by a preponderance of evidence that the Pima County prosecutor has at is his disposal.

We want to see her sentenced to the ultimate penalty, Death, which is appropriate for the miurderer of an innocent child.

And finally, we desire to see the sentence carried out.

That will be justice for Shawna Forde and more importantly, justice for Brisenia Flores, Raul Flores and his widow, Gina.

THE DEATH PENALTY IS APPROPRIATE

All of my life, I’ve been a proponent of Capital Punishment. Not that it prevents others from committing similar crimes, but that it prevents the condemned from committing any more.

Criminals don’t think before they act. All think they’ll never get caught.

In this case, the ultimate penalty is more than appropriate.

One item that hasn’t been reported, but which sources revealed to us, is that little Brisenia Flores wasn’t murdered immediately after her father was killed and her mother was wounded. Death wasn’t quick and anonymous.

According to our sources, after Raul Flores was shot point blank in the face for questioning why Bush, representing their group as law enforcement, had black tape around the handle of his weapon, Brisenia Flores was interrogated at gun point by Forde, Gaxiola and Bush, before being murdered in the same manner of her father. They thought a nine year old child, paralyzed with fear at witnessing the murder of her father, would have knowledge where the money was. Finally, this child suffered the same fate as her father.

For that reason alone, the Death Penalty is justified and demanded!

And since our system of justice allows for appeal after appeal, Forde and her companions will have 10 to 15 years, sitting in solitary at the state prison in Florence. Plenty of time to find their God until their appeals are exhausted and there is finally JUSTICE FOR SHAWNA FORDE as well as Brisenia and Raul.
