TPAA – Another abysmal failure for ALIPAC & William Gheen

One of William Gheen's ALIPACer's on a Fort Lauderdale street corner in the detestable "alien" costume endorsed by William Gheen personally. Could this, and other racially tinged comments be what prompted the scuffle between ALIPACer's and members of ANSWER?
Saturday’s “Tea Parties Against Amnesty” was another abysmal failure for ALIPAC’s egomaniacal leader William Gheen, as we predicted it would be.
Gheen had promised more than 5000 attendees in more than 53 cities nationwide, and it simply didn’t happen.
Gheen, and his buddies at NUMBERSUSA, rationalize this as being because they had only a month to organize. In truth, it shows that a super majority of Americans find these groups boorish and want a real solution to the problem of immigration in our country. The nativist, hate tinged solution that ALIPAC, CIS, FAIR and others propose is not what American’s desire.
Saturday had some interesting moments though.
IN MINNESOTA, ALIPAC GETS PUNKED
In Minnesota, the word was that a speaker at the Minnesota rally in ALIPAC’s “Tea Party Against Amnesty” would be sharing a special message, and indeed he was.
Ruthie Hendrycks, leader of the anti-immigrant and anti-Latino group MINN-SIR ( Minnesotans Seeking Immigration Reform), and conservative radio host/ former GOP gubernatorial candidate Sue Jeffers hosted the event, which drew 75 or under supporters and a couple dozen counterprotesters.
“”Robert Erickson” of Minneapolis rallied the anti-immigration part of the crowd with his objections to the mass invasion of America by immigrants who brought disease and took away jobs. They stayed with him as he called for a mass deportation of these invaders.
To Europe!
Now we know the anti-immigration lobby ain’t too bright, as evidenced in the persona of William Gheen. Most of the MINN-SIR supporters were slow to catch the satire, and so the cheering from that side of the crowd took a while to subside. As they realized they’d been punked, they stood in a cold, stunned silence, while the 30 or so counter-protesters urged Columbus to go home.
And then the ALIPAC’ers attacked the students who were laughing at them.

Twin Cities Indymedia adde more coverage in Anti-Racists Steal the Show at White Supremacist “Tea Party Against Amnesty”.
I imagine Willy Gheen loved this.
But speaking of Gheen, how does he spin the failure of his much taunted Tea Baggers Against Amnesty? He points to a incident in Fort Lauderdale where his “activists” are allegedly attacked by a group not associated with the pro migrant community.
Here’s Willies propaganda video. Keep in mind, the editing is all ALIPAC’s so we can expect it to show the action from their perspective.
As I said, ANSWER, is in no way, form or fashion, associated with, vetted by or acknowledged as being a member of the pro-immigrant movement. From a quick peek at their website, it appears they are a Pro-Palestinian right group, which in it’s own right, is not a bad thing.
Also in the Fort Lauderdale protest, was a moron dressed in the contentious “illegal alien” costume, which Target and Amazon.com pulled from it’s inventory, amidst an outcry from certain groups. Gheen came to the defense of the vendors and promoted it as good clean fun. Another Gheen lie, which the photo show the real intent of the costume.
![nazijt JT Ready of the National Social Movement showed up for the party, minus his mentor, Senator Russel Pearce who pulled back at the last minute. The Feathered Bastard has it covered in his article titled, Hillbilly Hootenanny: Nativist Jabronis Occupy the Arizona State Capitol for Yet Another Hatefest
The Bastard had this to say:
Who’re worse, behavior-wise, the nativists or the neo-Nazis? Sure, neo-Nazis are nefarious and nuts. But the nativists make the neo-Nazis look urbane by comparison. And in some ways the nativists are more violent, despite the fact crazy old crones with canes and old dudes in mobility scooters are overrepresented in their ranks. Plus, the nativists are far more hypocritical
Saturday’s anti-amnesty tea party at the Arizona state Capitol was no exception to the rule. Around 80 lumpen losers turned up to bag on “anchor babies” (otherwise known as American citizens born on U.S. soil to undocumented parents), and to scapegoat Mexican immigrants for everything from the H1N1 virus and the financial crisis, to the collapse of the housing market and Arizona’s budget mess.
The same crap you read on Gheen’s website, ALIPAC
Lemmon’s summed it up well.
The good news is that if Saturday’s pathetic turn-out is indicative of the state of opposition to amnesty, amnesty probably has a better shot than some might think. This angry passel of anti-Mexican fanatics is losing steam. And while they should be considered dangerous and monitored, the world has moved on, leaving them behind, while they’ve hardly noticed.
All in all, we can call this another one of William Gheen’s abysmal failures, which include:
1. His claim to have caused the defeat of NJ governor Jon Corzine;
2. Scuttle or delay the nomination and confirmation of the Honorable Sonia Sotomayor
3. Prevent In-State Tuition at NC Community Colleges
4. Prevent the firing of CNN’s Lou Dobbs
5. Expose our President as an “illegal alien” by aligning himself with the “birther” movement
and the list goes into the the thousands of examples, all which can be found on his forum at ALIPAC.us

Someone on another site wrote that the Pasadena, CA location anti-amnesty tea party had over 80 attendees. LOL! More like 40 or so. Love how they inflate their numbers.
Funny thing is that it was held on the steps of City Hall in Pasadena, CA.
If anyone has ever been there, the steps face other buildings which are all closed on the weekend. It’s a pretty empty area on the weekend. These poor folks had to walk a couple of blocks if they wanted any traffic to see them and mostly yelled and ranted for.. well.. nobody! =D . Maybe there’s a few cars that drive through there on the weekend but those appear to be lost tourists looking for the busy action and shops on Colorado Blvd. The honking cars who passed by appeared to be tea baggers who were leaving early.
What a success!
[...] folks, the suspect video Willy has been pushing around the internet and which we featured in this post has been pulled from YOUTUBE for copyright violations. Perhaps Willy should learn something about [...]
I remember in 2007 when NumbersUSA and Willie’s alipac group held their NATIONAL Hold Their Feet to the Fire Rally in WAshington DC.
They had 2 dozen people show up!! That’s it! Two dozen. Some national rally.
