It’s alive and well as Minuteman Project President Jim Glichrist, San Diego Minuteman founder Jeff “Bikini Boy” Schwilk and his ally, ALIPAC President William Gheen trade insults and charges amongst themselves. The haters are truly spreading the hate.
Here’s a candid view of what going on from some of the premiere websites of the Pro-Reform movement. We’ve received the same referenced e-mails but Ted Hessen and Patrick Young of Long Island Wins and Dee Perez-Scott of the critically acclaimed blog Immigration Talk with a Mexican American, have given us a wonderful visual image of the “Minutemen Wars”
Let’s take a look.
Long Island Wins begins with an article titled, Anti-Immigrant Leaders Savage Minuteman Founder
Earlier today, I posted about an e-mail by Minuteman Project founder Jim Gilchrist attacking other anti-immigrant leaders as racists and fascists. In particular he focused on William Gheen of ALIPAC, the organizer of the sparsely attended anti-immigrant tea parties in November, and Jeff Schwilk , the leader of the San Diego Minutemen.

Patrick goes on with the next article, this time showcasing an email Laine Lawless, whose claim to fame is burning Mexican flags and being an ardent supporter of accused Minuteman child killer Shawna Forde, sent to Willy Gheen of ALIPAC, trying to push the theory that Forde is a political prisoner in Pima County and a VICTIM of a vast conspiracy.
This is some really funny shit!
Laine Lawless, the spokesperson for the Shawna Forde support group, sent an angry message to anti-immigrant leaders nationally on Thursday denouncing them for abandoning the accused murderer.

At Immigration Talk with a Mexican American, the author, like us, has been keeping a close watch on the Minuteman Wars. In a post titled, From Minuteman X: Gilchrist Calls Schwilk and Gheen Racists! Schwilk, Gheen Retaliate, Dee exposes more of the truths, and we all have the emails to prove what is being said. Alipac’s William Gheen is particularly abusive and nasty in his rants. Here’s an excerpt from Dee’s blog:

As my long time readers know, Minuteman X is my Minuteman informer that provides me insider emails which detail the ANTI/Minuteman infighting and backstabbing. The recent escalation in emails that I (and others) are receiving is a clear sign the infighting is escalating.
The Fight:
Since last year, there has been an all out war between Jim Gilchrist vs Jeff Schwilk, SDMM Leader and William Gheen, head of Alipac.us. They all are fighting over who is the leader of the ANTIs, who is legitimate, who is a racist.
