Least we not forget the victims of Minuteman child killer Shawna Forde and her band of felons, who murdered 9 yo Brisenia Flores and her father Raul. Brisenia was forced to watch her father shot point blank in the face and then interrogated by the invaders before suffering the same fate as her father.

That’s the question being asked by the supporters of Minuteman child killer Shawna Forde, on the pathetic little website Justice for Shawna Forde.

They’re trying to absolve Forde of any culpability in the murder of Brisenia Flores and her father by suggesting there was a “4th man” involved.

There probably was a fourth or a fifth person involved, but the fact remains, evidence shows that Jason “Gunny” Bush was wounded in the exchange of gunfire between himself and the mother Gina. And evidence shows, overwhelmingly, that Forde was the de facto leader of this little band of murdering Minutemen.

But hey! Laine Lawless, who established this disgusting website in defense of Forde wants everyone to call with “tips” that will help solve this crime.

Here’s the number to call.

Let’s burn those lines up folks and let them know who is responsible.

And be sure to vote in our poll and give us you opinion

Do you believe there was a 4th person involved with Minuteman Shawn Forde in the murders of 9 yo Brisenia Flores and her father Raul?

Don't know Shawna Forde from Adam, have no interest in the Minutemen..didn't know anything about any of them before this, but I know a rat when I smell one. I agree that "Bush's DNA all over the place" is a lie. By that statement you insinuate that his DNA was found inside the house, but then you argue that it was "in the van and on weapons". Easy to arrange for a set-up. Your hatred is either blinding you to other possibilities or else you don't care that persons truly responsible for the murder of an innocent child go free so long as you win a point for your side.

How would "Bush's DNA all over the place" be a lie, unless you want to play with the semantics? When this thing gets to the discovery phase, we'll pretty much know where what was found and when.

I'm not arguing anything other than what has been reported and sourced from the Pima County Sheriff's Department.

The FBI was looking into Forde's activities before this happened, in part because of her soliciting some Colorado Minutemen to help her. They in turn called the Feds.

She mouthed off enough to family and friends about the crime before the fact, but was dismissed because of the absurdity of her words.

Contrary to your opinion that I have hatred towards these people, that is the furthest from the truth. Evidence clearly points to their involvement and guilt. The only thing that I "hate" about this is that there are others who should be locked up and indicted as accessories after the fact.

There is no "my side, your side" to this. A child and her father were murdered by these thugs to finance their pathetic little border vigilante movement.

Why is a violent convicted drug dealing felon's word taken for anything? I've known a few people who turn into crazy lunatics when "drunk on their ass", and sometimes don't even remember where they've been or what they've done!

I imagine the cops checked his story seven ways from Sunday and are satisfied he was not on the scene. Otherwise, I'm sure he would be locked down also.

Also, doesn't it seem odd that it took 12 years for Washington State to move on the DNA evidence that "ties Bush to 1997 murders"? With all the "witnesses" coming out of the woodwork, surely they could have made a case much earlier if there were any truth to it. Very convenient that they suddenly figured it out as soon as he was arrested for Arivaca murders. It has very effectively added fuel to the "violent, racist, Minuteman" image being portrayed.

It's not odd at all that it took Washington 12 years to discover the DNA link. DNA was practically a non existent science in 1997. More and more states are attempting to clear cold cases through this technology.

In Texas, the Innocence Project has used DNA to free innocent men from prison who have spent decades behind bars for crimes they did not commit.

Actually, there is no confirmation of "Bush's DNA all over the place". That is a lie. When that lie was first printed, it was much too early for any results of a DNA test to have been returned.

So let me get this straight. Just because Laine Lawless and others are portraying Forde as "America's Patriot Sweetheart" (makes you wanna puke) everything is a lie. And you subscribe to the notion that this is a big government conspiracy to get poor little Shawna and destroy the border vigilante movement?

It doesn't hold water! Shawna is a nobody. A street corner whore and hustler, a scam artist divorced from reality. It would make more sense to go after someone like Gilchrist or others in your movement to make the point.

As for confirmation of Bush's DNA. Results can come back in a week or less if needed. I doubt that would be presented in court if it wasn't factual.

Also, a bullet in the leg could have been done anywhere. If this truly was a set-up, as it has appeared to be from the start, then what better way to implicate the Minutemen than to make sure one of them got shot as "proof" of his guilt.

Well George, forensic evidence puts Bush at the scene. DNA on the weapons. His blood in the teal van that Forde and Gaxiola were seen driving prior to the crime and which was recovered at Gaxiola's residence.

Forde in possession of jewelry belonging to Brisenias mother Gina.

The FBI trace of her whereabouts using the GPS of her cell.

Her running her mouth off to her family about her intentions.

Trying to recruit Colorado Vigilantes to assist her in Arivaca.

How much more do you need? Even without the forensics and other evidence tying her to the crime, people have been convicted on much less.

It should be clear from the Probable Cause Hearing held on Dec 21 that Oin Oakstar was the 4th man. He might even be the shooter, as he fits the description better than Jason Bush.

    • Advocate

I might agree with you Joe if it hadn't been proven he was drunk on his ass that night and forgot to go to the murder.

Bush's DNA is all over the place. That has been confirmed. The bullet wound to the leg. They have the right folks locked up. Personally, I think Stonex and Lawless should be charged as accessories after the fact for assisting Bush

#1. The so-called “friends” and “family” have turned out to have their own agendas and motives for cutting Shawna’s throat. That disqualifies them as unbiased or reliable sources of info.
#2. Who says she tried to recruit vigilantes, etc.? Is the source reliable, ie: unbiased, or have they an axe to grind? Also, recruiting is not murdering.
#3. You don’t know why, how or where Bush’s gunshot wound came from. They could have walked into a set-up after the drug cartel’s hit men did their dirty work, and got shot at to prove that “the minutemen did it!”
#4. If anything, supports their sense of innocence. Who would commit a crime like that and advertise their whereabouts through cell-phone usage, motel rooms on credit card, and then go back to Arizona???
Our Constitutional right to be considered innocent until proven guilty is precisely because people’s biases interfere with clear and sound judgment.

Because she is a stupid little nobody who listens to the trash being spewed by extremists on the right, and thinks she is invincible and public opinion will absolve her of her crimes, in the modus of Ramos and Compean, BP Agent Nicholas Corbett, Robert "Li'l Dog" Crook, and others who have gotten away with crimes that should have put them away for years.

Apparently, you're a supporter of the indefensible and believe that self serving denials and accusations from Forde. More the pity you!

    Don, Ordinarily yes, however,

The evidence overwhelmingly points to her/their guilt.

    1. Forde bragging to friends and family about her plans to do home invasion robberies to rip off the "cartels"

    2. Forde trying to recruit others, including unnamed members of a Colorado vigilante group.

    3. Bush's gunshot wound which Chuck Stonex treated the night after the shooting.

    4. Cell phone records and tower triangulation that tracked Forde from that night until she was arrested 9 days later.

Evidence and their actions point to their guilt beyond a shadow of a doubt.

Not sure what end of the spectrum you all are on, but using words like … ' of Minuteman child killer Shawna Forde, ' you are not being ' patriotic ' like you claim to be. Patriots view the Constitution with high regard. By declaring someone guilty like you are doing ( no matter how clear cut it may be…. even OJ deserved not to be called guilty until after his trial ) you are stomping on the Constitution.
